We are incredibly grateful for Rafa at Woburn Toyota and their entire staff. My wife and I went there to get a new family vehicle and our experience could not have been better from the moment we reached out. Rafa, our sales agent, was very calm, patient and knowledgeable about all of the available vehicles and took the time to walk us through each of our options within our budget and not only made sure that we didn't go beyond it but instead found that we got the most value. You could tell that he genuinely wanted to do what was best for us and our interests. That is a unique sales skill to have and he truly earned our trust and respect for it. We took our time looking between used and new vehicles that they had available and ultimately decided on a new 2026 4Runner. Rafa was able to get us a great deal and only added on the items that we specifically wanted so that we ended up with a well customized vehicle with only the upgrades we wanted for a great price that we felt happy with! Jerry was also helpful in explaining the warranty to us, how they worked and, again, only told us about which ones he'd actually recommend with a new vehicle and growing family, while being upfront with the ones that he didn't think we're going to be applicable in our situation. I would absolutely recommend Woburn Toyota to anyone looking for a new car and we will absolutely be coming back in the next few years when our other vehicle, an aging Avalon, needs to be replaced. 2020 Kia Soul review
This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

Stopped by mid to late afternoon ! Me and my Husband are looking to downsize , I currently drive a 2017 Ford Expedition ! (love it still but don’t need size anymore kids all grown up) We parked walked over to the Toyota . Minute or less Mack walked up to us , offered us coffee and water ! Then said feel free to walk around , also offered to grab us keys or lets us do our thing until we need him ! Just honestly such a nice experience with him and the cleanliness of the store ! Asked him for the keys ! I test drove the Toyota Highlander ! Test drive went great ! Asked Mack about 50 Questions and answered them all explaining where needed ! My new store !!!! It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

2024 Kia Soul review
This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

2023 Kia Soul review
The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.
