Abel again diagnosed my 2016 Z07/Z07 with issues that I could not guess right. I thought it was carbon build up from direct injection and they deduced lifter issue causing misfires that have grown worse. They are now doing a tear down to isolate the issue... and will again, do the thankless effort of dealing with the warranty company's painful lengthy process. John Flemming keeps me up to date and does the heavy time consuming daily correspondence and calls the shots. Their tech's are amazing and I am allowed to talk with them (which can take them aware from working!) that's a rarity.

I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

Great buying experience...I purchased a used car from the Stockton CA location, they had a good inventory of cars to choose from and the Sales person Nick Sotelo was well informed and made the buying experience go very smooth, the whole process took about a hour and a half unlike the bigger car dealerships where it can take hours. Hertz certifies their cars and they offer the programs as other larger dealerships, I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking to purchase a car and will return myself the next time I am in the market for a new car.

Purchased the car over 6 months ago. Loving it so far. Regular gas, lower insurance rates, comfort when driving 4 hours+ trips. Great gas mileage and great in the rain. No issues at all.

Our 2024 Sportage X Pro Prestige AWD suv is possibly the best suv we've ever owned. Only owned it 1 month, so really early in the ownership phase. Love the upgraded trim line's interior, the really wide display screen and the wolf gray exterior paint with the black top! Ride is very smooth and the 30.2 MPG average is very acceptable. On the highway only, get closer to 35 mpg. Recommend it to a family of 4 or less. Only downside is that it has much less pep starting out from lights; good thing we are retired and not in a big hurry! LOL

I drove from Sacramento and it was worth every second. Deepak was the singular best experience I e ever had purchasing a vehicle. He is patient, informative and transparent. I ignored numerous dealerships nearer to me simply because of Deepak and Tracy Toyota!

My Kia Sportage Xpro has more electronic toys than necessary but, it doesn't include A door mirror adjustment that is electronically automatically adjusted to the driver and the mirror adjustment button isn't even illuminated.

Tracy Toyota has great customer service, Alex took care of my car, I was there for my Rav 4 maintenance service, the service was so fast less than an hour. Thank you service department!!!

Tina, Deepak, and Johnny all helped make it easy buying my 2024 Land Cruiser. I submitted a credit application online to show I was serious and secure my reservation for the test drive. They have fair prices and the price tag was transparent. What you see is what you get plus they even gave me some extra amenities with it. I never had to haggle. They quickly approved my loan and went over the warranties and maintenance program in detail with me. I was able to use my credit card for the down payment. The car was detailed for me. And Tina showed me how to use all of the bells and whistles the car had to offer. She even offered to take our picture. Haley and every other person in the Service department as well as the man, I'm sorry I don't recall his name, in parts, were amazing! Every employee was awesome and I will always use Elk Grove Kia! I am close to Roseville where I originally purchased my new Kia, but I will only use Elk Grove!!!
