I stopped in there while I was treying to negotiate a deal with a competing dealership as they had a demo 2025 Sorento with 3k miles. I mert with Justice Hodges whow as personable, professional and listened to what I was looking for. We took a test drive and looked at other vehicles that were in the realm of what I was looking for. He didn't waste my time which I appreciated. Unfortunately (I thought), a deal couldn't be made. 30 minutes after leaving the dealership he called me with something I never considered. Cut to the chase, he and his GM put me in a 2026 Sorento AND met my down payment and financing terms. Done Deal!! Finished the paperwork the next day with Dean of finance. Justice was outstanding in every aspect and it's been a VERY long time when I've felt this way about s salesperson. If you're in the market, go see Justice- he's the man!

They even went above and beyond by driving my new car home for me after my contact lens fell out! Shout out to Sammy for driving me home and telling me all about my new car on the drive home. I left with a beautiful new car and will definitely be going back for my family's next car. Hector even put a big red bow on the car! They also include free car washes, which is terrific! 10/10! From the very beginning the communication was great! Even tho I did not get the chance to make the purchase on the vehicle (missed by a few minutes of someone else purchasing it). Michael was very helpful and upfront with the information he gave to me. Something so simple as giving the complete OTD price he gave on the first time asking and his response time was great with all other information. Even without me purchasing I would def come back with the hopes of actually getting the purchase on the next go around with him (I would have to be a second faster to complete th deal, lol).
