Spunky little AWD with 2.4L engine. I had it sold a couple of weeks ago (65K miles) and the very next day the engine started knocking. I took it straight to the local dealer and the engine was replaced per PI1802W/X Product Improvement Campaign. It now has a lifetime transferrable warranty on the engine. The kid I had it sold to was willing to wait for the repairs. He'll have a great new to him car tomorrow with the engine warranty.

2014 Sportage SX is an outstanding vehicle, has almost every a fully-loaded Audi does. I've had no issues over 68k miles, car is tight, has no squieks or rattles anywhere. The local Kia dealership has excellent people and great service.

Bought our 2012 Kia Sportage EX used in 2017. Drawn to the stylish exterior of the EX version. Relatively low mileage with leather seats and 2.4 litre engine, larger than the standard 2.0 in other comparable cross-overs ( Hyundai and Mazda). This vehicle has been one of the most comfortable and reliable vehicles we have ever owned. Now have 220k KM with only standard maintenance. Tires, battery, filters and fuel. We take several long trips each year from Alberta to BC and have found the Kia comfortable and powerful through the mountain passes. The one disappointment is the failure of the UVO stereo system in past year. The speakers stopped working as the section of the amplifier that transmits signal stopped working. Replacement audio unit from Kia is overpriced at CDN 900. This has been our only problem. Like the styling, performance and reliability of this vehicle.

First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

I will buy another one if and when this one starts to cost me money. It's almost 2021 and this car has never given me any grief, everything runs great, I make sure I change my oil on time and do my maintenance on time. (knock on wood) this is the only car that has lasted without costing me an arm/leg in problems.

Bought it in 2019, now has 150k miles. Only basic maintenance performed, still runs great, still get compliments on it, no one can believe it's almost 11 years old! I previously owned a 2011 Soul, this rides much better of course, but I honestly don't have any complaints, except I could use a bit more power when I need to punch the accelerator!

Very busy dealership. They have an overabundance of automobiles, very congested parking lot. Unable to make a suitable deal on the vehicle I wanted. Salesman was very good and tried to be helpful.

We really like this cute little car. I would recommend getting one with a turbo so the acceleration is there when you need it. I like the design and all of the features. If anything to improve the sound system that came with this one is average at best. Not sure if they offer an upgrade.

I had an outstanding experience getting my 2022 Chevy Traverse serviced here. My service advisor, Brian, was exceptional?he stayed in constant contact with updates. I was relieved to find out the replacement was covered under the powertrain warranty. They sourced a new transmission locally and finished the job right on schedule. They even picked me up to collect my vehicle! I?m driving away with total peace of mind. I have had this car for a few days, and after reading the reviews it appears I have the upgraded model with leather seats and panoramic sun roofs. I had to get a new car due to 2009 Nissan Rogue going kaputz, and so far I am very pleased. I was nervous as it is a little smaller than what I am used to, but is has been fantastic. I love the extra compartments and the multiple outlet plugs so all of my passengers can charge their phones. I love how the address book can hold multiple addresses, making it seamless when needing directions. For a 2011 I was amazed by how many features it includes. The gas mileage and trunk are not as good as what I am used to, but nevertheless they are decent and definitely not hurting my wallet or my grocery outings. It does drive a little stiffer, but not by much. Having driven several other similar vehicles this one drives much smoother and you don't have to brake hard. The smaller windows and mirrors have been taking some time getting used to, so be prepared for some blind spots at first until you really get those mirrors adjusted in the perfect spots. This car includes bluetooth, heated seats, sunroof(s), spacious and comfortable front and back seats. I am 5'8" and I can extend comfortably in the front and the back seat, it includes 4 power outlets, and an aux capability, handfree controls, and extra storage in the back seat and trunk. Strongly recommend. In the Washington rain and hills it drove perfectly! I felt safe and secure, and as much as loved my 2009 Nissan Rogue, that car was very top heavy and could often times be frightening when driving curves. I do not have that problem with this car. For everything this car is fantastic.

We love our 2012 SX so much we purchased a new 2022 and gave the 2012 to our daughter. The engine did fail at 150,000, but Kia Motors replaced it free of charge and gave us a loner car during the repair. We have only had to do regular maintenance, and a few minor repairs that were to be expected with a 10-year-old vehicle. The car currently has 200,000 miles and going strong.

I have enjoyed my Kia Sportage. It gets good gas mileage on a trip. It is the sportiest car I have ever had. It is a good looking car. I love the wheel covers. I get compliments on the looks of it. I brought it from Alabama to Wyoming without a hitch.
