In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

Fantastic car-buying experience at Kia Santa Monica, all thanks to Jason who is the most non-salesy salesperson (thank you!). Appreciated that he was authentic, timely, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit without any pressure or awkward drama. I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

We bought a CR-V hybrid and they worked with us to get a reasonable trade in value and car price. Our salesman was very nice and knowledgeable on the car and features. The finance manager was friendly and got the paperwork done quickly.

Went to Vandevere Kia and met David Sabitina, showed us a couple of trim packages and my wife fell in love with the Telluride Xline. David is very knowledgeable and would recommend going to see him.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

We did our research on reliability and affordability with mid-size SUVs. We are a family of 6 with children out of car seats. The car is used for commuting and we put over 18,000 miles on our cars per year. After test-driving four vehicles we set our eyes on the Telluride and waited MONTHS for a model to appear. Purchased the car from Nutley Kia (NJ) and had a wonderful experience with the whole staff. We have had the car for 3 weeks now and realize WHY we fell in love with the vehicle, to begin with. We are thankful for KIa and the dealership we dealt with.

It's been three years since I've owned this car. First of all, the design was so cool and the interior was good. I wanted to buy it as a night fall edition at the time, but there was no vehicle. I ended up buying it as an lx trim. I'm so happy with it, and I'm planning on buying the car again with the 2025 Telluride SX X-Line. This car is absolutely great.

He made sure my family and I felt comfortable, never pressured to make a purchase. As well as our financial rep I forgot his name but he was Salvadorian. I’ve had my 2020 Telluride for almost a year now. Thought I was in love with my 2017 Kia Sedona, until I got my Kia Telluride SX now I’m head over heels😊smooth ride , great sound system, quiet cabin, decent gas mileage and very stylish. This SUV competes in what I call the mid size near luxury segment. LIKES: 1.The ride is supple (easily absorbs harsh bumps) ,quiet (noise absorbing glass and abundant insulation cuts road and wind noise) average handling for a SUV. It gives a luxury level ride. (Exception: the X Pro line comes with off road tires which effects ride and noise) 2.Abundant, what I call nanny electronics for those who prefer messing with their phone rather than paying attention to driving their vehicle. 3. Seating in the Prestige trim is done tastefully in Nappa leather with good support. The driver and passenger seats come with 8 way adjustment plus lumbar adjustment. The driver seat only comes with adjustable electric thigh support. Both seats come with heating and ventilation. The second row is captain chairs that do not have electronic adjustment (why?) They do come with heating and ventilation. The third row seats are large enough for full size adults to be comfortable a rare thing in a mid size SUV, but I would not want to spend 10 hours sitting in them. 4.) Infotainment system works well, has a large screen harmon kardon sound system is excellent. You are given various access to many forms of media including apple carplay but only by cable connection (why?) 5.)Climate control can be managed by the info screen or by mechanical switches which I prefer instead of navigating through multiple layers of menus. The rear passengers have their own separate climate controls. 6.) Cargo space is large especially with the 3rd and 2nd row chairs folded down and with the roof racks, things like plywood can be hauled easily. 7.) The 5 year 60,000 mile basic and 10 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty is the best in the industry. 8.) Fit and finish is excellent DISLIKES: 1.) There is only one engine available. If you're looking for neck snapping acceleration you will be disappointed. But it musters up 291 hp and does provide acceptable acceleration allowing you to access highway speeds without a struggle. So far overall MPG has only been 17.5 far below the published 20 -23 mpg. There could be several factors causing this: 1. the engine only has 315 miles on it, so it is not broken in. 2. the weight of the vehicle. 3.) The gearing of the tranny and the AWD setup. 4. the engine gets its hp without the use of a turbocharger (adding a turbocharger would have certainly raised the hp and mpg) In this segment V8's are not available with one exception the dodge durango. 2.) Extremely limited color selection 3.) Reliability: Because I have only 315 miles on the vehicle I'm not qualified to speak with any knowledge on the subject of reliability. OVERALL IMPRESSION In my search for a vehicle the Telluride came the closest to providing and meeting all my expectations. Yes there are vehicles out there that surpass the Telluride, but be prepared to spend an extra 20k or more. The Telluride provides a luxury ride, near luxury interior, an abundance of electronic technology, plenty of cargo space all in a good-looking package! In the end the Telluride is an excellent value for the money. The only way you're going to know if the Telluride is the vehicle to meet your needs and expectations is to drive one. I'm betting you'll be impressed.

If you are looking into buying a Kia, look no further than Kia Van Nuys. The sales consultant who helped me is Russell, and when I say he is the best of the best, I mean it. Not only is he so kind (and honestly, very funny), he was so caring and considerate of all of my needs. From financial concerns, to helping me test drive and find a car that would fit my lifestyle, Russell was so incredibly honest and transparent throughout the whole car buying process. He helped me tailor an accessory package that would reflect what I wanted in a car based on his incredible attention to detail and personable approach. I am enjoying my new Telluride SX Prestige X-Pro very much. My old car was a 2010. The technology advances deployed in this vehicle are amazing. I'm still learning all the included options. I highly recommend this vehicle.

On Friday, May 9th, my daughter and I visited the dealership and ended up leasing a new vehicle (the Kia K4) after trading in our 2016 Kia Optima. Sales Consultant Trevor Payne was very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. The service we received from Finance Manager David Kim was outstanding as well and made dealing with all the paperwork effortless. It is such a cliche to say that a business treats you like family, but honestly the staff at Kirby Kia of Ventura really do just that. I have never felt like just another customer. This is the fourth car I have purchased from Kirby Kia. They really make it nearly impossible for me to consider taking my business anywhere else.

Loved the car until it was recalled due to engine problem. We had to stop driving our new car and leave at the dealership with no timeline as to when the engine would be replaced! We are now driving a rental car until an engine arrives from Korea and our engine is replaced. We are hoping it will happen soon.

I have the Telluride EX X-Line AWD model and I am very happy with it so far. The seats are comfortable but very firm. I hate the black rims that disappear from sight when you get more than 15' from the vehicle. Should have an option for a two tone rim that looks good from a distance. Peppy engine, nice ride, loads of features; all around it's a nice vehicle that I am quite happy with.

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

We have been shopping for a specific pre-owned Kia for about a month now. Have visited two dealers prior to Van Nuys Kia and interacted with about 8 other dealers via text, phone or email. Hands down, Umer Farooq at Van Nuys Kia is the absolute best. We had a price in mind that we were willing to pay, asked him to let us know if he had any cars that fit our criteria and send a written breakdown of the total out-the-door price. And he did! I’m sure the dealership made money on our deal, as they should, yet their offer was $5k less than a very similar car we had seen two days earlier. Not only that, he was professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Anyone who has spent time car shopping knows how tiresome it can be. I can not say enough good things about our experience with Umer. No surprises and no headaches. a superior experience all around, with special touches like the big red bow on the car for pics and a gong inside the dealership my son could hit to celebrate his very first car.

I had the 2022 SX model of the Telluride and loved that car, I thought I would get an even better car in the 2023 but I was wrong. I don't like the fact that they took away some of the choices I loved about the 2022. Let's start with the instrument Cluster, In the 2022 you could change the color of the heads-up display but now white is the only color you can get. The 2022 car the car used to beep if you switch lanes without the tun signal and it would try it's best to keep you in your lane. The 2023 car doesn't not, all it does is vibrate and it doesn't even try to switch you back into your lane. Also the interior lights on the door in the dashboard are minimum at best, It's not as vibrant as it used to be. Also the grill is lack luster and I loved the way the lights on the 2022 were, None of this is a knock on the way the car drives tho. It's still smooth tho. I just like the 2022 version better. Hopefully they come out with an update to improve these things.

I traded in my car for a better one at lower payments. I'm very happy with how they treated me, didn’t push me, didn’t try to fool me. I looked at 4 different vehicles and ended up with a Toyota Tacoma, car’s history was very transparent and the price for its condition was superb. Overall - very positive experience.
