Like to thank Andrew and his team for making a great car purchase experience for my niece a few days ago, she was jacked around with a couple of the new car dealerships around town and was over it. I took her to Parkway Auto’s and she got what she wanted with Andrew at Parkway Auto’s, he sat her down and explained how the whole process worked. He didn’t have the vehicle she wanted but he found one for her, he worked hard for his customer. After he found it for her he dispatched his team to go after it, the next day it arrived! The process is quite remarkable, after the car arrives it goes to his mechanic for a check to make sure there’s not a problem with it; every vehicle goes through that process. I have bought 2 vehicles from him and have not one single problem with them, keep up general maintenance they will last. I really like how he shared the process with her and myself, very transparent; she is 21 and this has been a great first-time car purchase experience for her, he took her step by step through the whole process. My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

I want to say that our Service Rep I think her name was Chelsea, did a great job working the car in on an emergency basis. Our daughter was able to get back on the road and only missed one nights work. Thank you so much!

My 2019 sorento has been a strong performer with no problems at all. Spacious, comfortable and very dependable. Very happy with this SUV Engine is strong, excellent value

The were received with the best of interest shown concerning our vehicle. The young lady discovered the problem right away and fixed it within less than an hour and we were on our way!

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

Always quick and always informed as they worked on my Sorento. Cost was about equal to other oil change centers. Will always go to RW Kia Morristown, Tn.

I bought the 2021 Niro Touring SE in Solar Orange about a month ago. So far I am absolutely LOVING it. I have already driven on 4 mini-road trips (2-3 hours highway each way) and average ~42 MPG. I am averaging closer to 48mpg in the city. It is so comfortable, has tons of safety features, just enough storage space and very roomy for passengers. I personally love the bright orange paint color, it stands out and the black leather interior has matching orange accents for a sporty and fun look. I just smile every time I get in it. It may not be the fastest car on the road, but in "sport mode" it really gets up to speed quickly and I don't feel unsafe competing for space on the highway or boosting my speed quickly to out of a bad situation. I love this car so much so far, feel I got a great deal compared to cars of similar age/mileage, and am absolutely loving the 40+ mpg with all the driving I do. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a Niro :-)

My overall experience was fantastic! 10 star if I could! This is a great group of people that you can get on the same level with. They met my every request. Daron was my sales agent and he wouldn?t quit until my every need was met, it was his Darontee!? Tommy was great also ! He worked with Daron and made my sale happen . I got mine new in 2021. I've had a few small thing that had to be repaired but nothing major. My Seltos runs well and get good mileage

First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

Very nice staff . Josh does a great job there. Good prices on trucks. I would buy there. I didnt buy there this time. I bought my neighbors 4x4. But when I buy my next one I will visit parkway first..keep up offering the good deals guys.

I have owned a Kia Forte for 7 years now. My husband and I love it! We do regular oil changes and maintenance, and keep the car in the garage. At almost 60,000 miles it needed new tires and brakes, but that's not a big surprise. We LOVE the performance of this car -- the turbo function makes it fun to drive and great for passing. It's compact enough that we can park anywhere. And the hatchback is surprisingly large! We ended up selling our Toyota Camry and keeping our Kia because the Kia is a workhorse that hauled furniture and boxes for my husband's business. Way more room than the Camry when we needed to haul things or take our electric bikes on an adventure.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

They are a good dealership and talk to me when I call them or if it’s late they call me back the next day. The only problem is they will not move on the price of the Vivid Orange Metallic Camaro. My 2019 Colorado ZR2 is a low mileage (15,679) which is loaded and 100% of the miles are highway miles with superior maintenance and records! Please work with me and let’s make this trade possible! Love this car! Have 45,000 miles on vehicle and have only done brakes and tires… Super happy with the way it looks and responds. Most reliable car I have owned. Would happily go to another Kia after this one!

Very clean interior and lots of interior room and carrying capacity. Great for utility. Seats can be folded down flat to increase utility . 7 passenger to boot !

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I am 73.. " GO Granny GO. That is how I feel while driving my KIA.." Only wish it was a Brand New one Black , beigh interia..

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

This vehicle handles so great; very easy and comfortable! There is plenty of leg room and passenger room. The dash is easy to navigate and a really fun vehicle to drive. I LOVE it! And, so does my co-pilot, 26 year old son with Down Syndrome -- it met his approval too!
