I came just to ask about financing and found out it’s not as complicated as I thought. The woman explained everything step by step. Now I’m thinking about a Renegade, even though I never considered it before.

My overall review is 4 star due to previous sales issues where we couldn't make a deal and ended up purchasing elsewhere. This review relates primarily to the service department and my January 7, 2026 visit to have recall work on my 2019 Sorento. I'm very happy with my service department visit. I find the group capable and professional. I was very impressed with the contact I had with Frances Von Poppe. She kept me informed and caught that my vehicle was due for inspection. She was especially professional yet very helpful and friendly in every way. I believe she is a true asset to Mathew's and someone I would look forward to seeing for any of my service visits.

This was my first time buying a car, and Jeff made the entire process seamless and stress-free. From the start, he took the time to go over all the details and walked me through each step with patience and clarity. His friendly and approachable demeanor made the experience feel like I was chatting with a friend rather than making a big purchase. I first reached out about a vehicle on Wednesday, visited the shop on Saturday, and drove it home by Tuesday. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. I liked that they don’t play the prestige game. Normal atmosphere, no fake show. Even when I just came in to look without buying, the attitude was fine.

I rarely write reviews, but this time I really wanted to. The manager Vlad didn’t try to push a more expensive trim, instead explained where paying more made no sense. I respect that approach.

After driving all the way to Richmond, VA from Philadelphia, PA to buy a box truck that was "perfect and ready to work" I found out that it had a faulty turbo, faulty engine break, cracked windshield, the list goes on. It was an awful experience that turned into a 14 hour day. I called Jon Allegrucci, the sales manager at Nunzi's, about a box truck that they had for sale. I told him about my awful experience in Richmond and how I wanted to avoid going through that again since I had to drive so far to look at his truck. He was completely honest and open about the very minor issues with the truck. After doing a carfax, going there to look at the vehicle in person, and driving it extensively, I found out that everything he told me was true. In fact, the truck exceeded my expectations. It was great and the price was better than any other I could find. They even detailed it, inspected it, went over everything to make sure it was fit for the road, changed the oil, etc. I asked them to adjust the emergency brake, and they did that as well. Buying this vehicle from Nunzi's was the best auto buying experience I've ever had. It's a great family owned dealership (even Jon's mom is the sales receptionist) and I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
