As everyone knows supply is hurting your chances of finding the vehicle you want. We've been considering two options; Highlander Limited or Hyundai Palisade. Took some time yesterday to go and drive each, although used to get an idea of what to expect. Drove the Toyota first, great car, plenty of room etc. Went to a second dealer to drive the Palisade but after waiting for the sales person for about 15 min we decided to look elsewhere. Red McCombs Hyundai Northwest, a smaller older dealership I'd say by the look of it but as it turned out the perfect stop. We were greeted by Adam upon arrival and he never stopped listening and showing us what was available. As we arrived a couple was looking at a Limited Palisade in Black, sweet ride and as it turns out we had the opportunity to buy it, just what we thought we wanted. However in the next row was a Palisade SEL Premium AWD in the perfect color inside and out. We drove it, bought it and love it. We received a very fair trade, military discount and an overall great experience. As everyone knows buyer a car takes time, Adam and Max in finance did their best to keep the process moving and light hearted. Thank you both Adam and Max, we're very happy with our purchase.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

Im 66 years old, know little to nothing about newer vehicles and how buying one works. When i say i messaged every dealership from Boerne to Austin, I did. I got so many texts from salesman and when I would discuss my needs and what I wanted, they always turned it around like they new what I needed more. Then I got a message from Bill Wyman in the Used car sales at Red Mccombs Superior Hyundai. i started sending him pictures of cars on his lot, things I saw on the website, he checked out everyone and gave me info on each one. I was trying to buy within a budget I had created for myself. The very next day he found a SUV on the lot that checked all my boxes. It fell into my budget, it was comfortable, and beautiful, couldnt find a reason to say NO! Bill Wyman was so patient with this old lady. He did a great job. I would never recommend anyone other than him for a car. He was kind and even called the next day to make sure I got everything setup and to see if I needed anything. The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Took about 2-1/2 hours. No appointments for routine service. Done in time promised and while my wife waited. However, they called me to let me know the vehicle was ready because they didn't know she was in the waiting room.

It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

Jason was professional and pleasant and got me in and out with ease. Fernandez always email me great service deals that pretty much beat other locations.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I am 73.. " GO Granny GO. That is how I feel while driving my KIA.." Only wish it was a Brand New one Black , beigh interia..

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

Bigger than it looks. Very comfortable. Very durable. I have had zero problems. I am diligent about oil changes and tire rotations and it performs wonderfully. If I ever buy another new car, I am getting a KIA for sure and most likely the Soul. It is so fun to drive.

I purchased my 2021 Santa Fe Calligraphy in February of 2021. J.T. was my sales person. I cannot recommend J.T. and this dealership enough. My vehicle is currently in the shop after my son had a minor accident. The service department did not have any loaner vehicles available so I decided to call J.T and see if there was anyway he could help. Not only did he remember me from 2 years ago but he worked with Sam to provide me with a loaner from the sales department. I need to also mention that Sam has helped me in the past as well. I am so impressed with the quality of service this dealership provides. They don't forget about you once the papers are signed and you drive off the lot. They are there for you, whether it's J.T or Sam in sales, or Justin in service who has even offered to drive me home after he was off work, I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to give my business to. Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

It took a little too much time and effort to get in contact with your service department through the telephone it took 5 calls to get through.

On the 2020 recall, dealer fixed it with no problem, offered a loaner car for the duration. Very good gas mileage. Also, dealer will now install anti-theft system, all with NO CHARGE.

This is a great dealership to do business with. Very down home! I have purchased 3 vehicles in 3 months. Seguin Chevy was by far the best dealership I worked with. I highly recommend them if you are in the market! Sam is a great saleslady!

I've now had my 2020 Soul for almost 3 years. Keep in mind I have the manual 6 speed not an automatic and was the base model. First gear is VERY low compared to any other 4 cylinder engine manual I've had so it can be a little jerky until you figure it out. I've gotten as much as 45mpg on the highway by not driving 70 mph. It can hold its own on the highway amd not burn gas like other models. Although not listed in the US it does have the capability to pull small trailers if you purchase an aftermarket hitch and wiring kit. The trunk space although appears small from the outside is actually quite deep. I do craft shows and people can't believe how much I am able to keep on there when I fold the seats down especially. At 6'4" with the seat lift as high as it will go I still have about 5 inches above my head. That was one of the key benefits that sold me. Even with my seat back people behind me still have room vs the compact cars in the same price point. I'm concerned with the recall notices I have received however, knock on wood they have not included my car yet or unaware if my Vin is included so to keep an eye out for issues. I live Android Auto however, you can not use a cheap USB cable from 5 below. I had to purchase one from best buy. It didn't need to be top of the line, the generic brand worked but they're just built better apparently. The tires that come with the vehicle are cheap. They will get you to 30k miles however, mine were cracked between each tread after maybe a year. It looked like a dryrot crack yet my vehicle doesn't sit around. This model can take traditional oil, blend or full synthetic which is nice. Overall I do love my little car especially as gas prices have increased. It allows me to do everything I want without the extra expense of purchasing a small SUV nor the gas of a small SUV and I'd consider purchasing another one down the line.

I took my car in for repair. It took a while because the part was elsewhere but I was kept informed of what was happening and offered a ride to wherever I needed to be. I opted to wait. As soon as the part was obtained the work was done quickly. The customer service agent was very helpful and nice.

I was looking for a new Hyundai because frankly, we have bought several Hyundai vehicles since moving to SA and they are amazing, long lasting cars! We were treated with the utmost kindness, professionalism, and extended over extended courtesies were given to us at Superior Hyundai, off of Loop 410 and Callaghan and I cannot say enough truly, about Jonathan Priette, our Sales Agent, Mark Anthony, Mgr., and Oscar Fernando in Finance! There was never “rushing us into any deal”, but rather, my husband and I were treated with respect. We showed up late in the evening and they never seemed to be in a hurry. Not one bit. They made sure all our questions were answered in detail and on top of all that kindness and professionalism…..I drove out of their parking lot with the exact car I was looking for and with a great package deal. After driving my GF's 2020 Soul Xline and her mother's 2020 Ex round trip from Arizona to Wisconsin I decided to buy a 2023 Soul Ex for myself and my GF's also purchased a new one. I'm 6'3" and am comfortable driving cross country, the car is smooth and doesn't have the horrible road noise associated with smaller FWD vehicles. The soul is a fun to drive great value vehicle. After 10 months and 10K miles I've had zero Issues and am extremely happy with my soul.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!
