This one reason we chose to buy Kia since vac in California we’ve always excellent service! We really appreciate the exceptional service from the service department. I give Brett a “4 star” rating. Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I am 73.. " GO Granny GO. That is how I feel while driving my KIA.." Only wish it was a Brand New one Black , beigh interia..

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

Great experience at this dealership. The general manager is very nice, low key and transparent! All the car salesmen who helped me were great too. This dealership was willing to work with me and gave me what I wanted for my trade and dropped the price of the vehicle I bought. It was a quick and easy process. I was in and out of there in about an hour as I called ahead, did my research and knew what I wanted. I love my new 4Runner!! I have fallen in love all over again! Thanks guys, great job! Very reliable car. Drives good, corners in back a little blinding to see cars or persons behind you or on sides. Also persons trying to break in car get the device from a kia service.

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

The team at Kia of Everett listened and considered my daughter's unique needs, and advised with options. They brought in one of those cars, let us compare, arranged financing, and my daughter had just the right car for her lifestyle and job. Daily vehicle, good gas mileage, low cost service. Styling body design, quality interior. Comfortable leather seats, heated steering wheel. Panoramic sunroof. Very nice size cargo area, and the luggage rack.

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

When I first got it it ran great but after running over a crub,it doesn't run the same way anymore.it overheats and check engine activates.

I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

The staff here was amazing! Not pushy at all. They got me into a car I LOVE with zero credit! I was worried with the breaking down van I brought in and zero credit. I figured I'd be walking out of the dealership. These guys went above and beyond! Eric and Larry helped me find a cute affordable kia forte that I couldn't leave without, and i didn't. There was a tire pressure sensor on and they had all new tires put on before the paperwork was done. After leaving the dealership, over the next few days, I had questions, they were all answered to my satisfaction and very promptly. I recommend them to everyone looking for a new vehicle. Im ready for a bigger vehicle for my growing family and can't wait to see what I come home in!!! 10 out of 10 recommend. I take 5 star ratings seriously and they are difficult to earn by me. I love this Kia Soul. It is my first vehicle to give me better vision from being higher up. I love that. The vehicle rides smoothly and is a joy. My Soul is a metallic gray. I love the brake lights! The bright red lights look awesome against my gray vehicle. All in all, since I leased this car, I will lease another one when I turn this one in.

2 months ago I went into Cortez Auto Sales in Burlington Washington, The following day I picked up my 2021 Camaro... A couple months prior to meeting Derek and Johnny at Cortez Auto Sales I had purchased a vehicle down south that left me discouraged of all dealerships it was a horrific experience but within the first half hour of talking with Derek and Johnny I felt at ease, I had been car shopping on and off for 5 or 6 months, both Johnny and Derek went above and beyond they the whole priced, 2 months later they are still taking care of any of my question and concerns, when I test over the car they let me take it by myself they told me take as long as I needed to make sure I liked it or until I knew I liked it or until I knew I didn't want it, a couple weeks after having the car I came out of work and I had a flat tire, I called Cortez they put brand new tires on it they are awesome, Cortez is not only the only review I've wrote but it's the good review I've wanted to write😋 way to go Bobby and Derrick...Thank you for getting me into my dream car...I LOVE Y'ALL AT CORTEZ...
