Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

This is my third car purchase from CAR MAX . A later model for the wife . A jeep Cherokee and is a 2019 with low mileage . She is happy and that makes US happy . The purchase was not hurried and no back and forth between Mr Smith and I . Really straightforward . Satisfied completely .

2025 KIA Soil GT Line, beautiful exterior, love the wheels, interior is not fancy but good enough. Great gas milage (33) and the 'Stop and Go' works well.

I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

Love this car! Great overall value! Handles Great. Fantastic gas mileage. I seen the complaint about the headlights and mine are great I am wondering if the other persons are malfunctioning or something.

Overall experience was good in purchasing a new truck in May 2025. Carlos Conejo, Service Advisor, was excellent in facilitating the repair process after almost 5 weeks working with sales person and her boss. Once Carlos got involved in our situation there were phones calls and arrangements were made to repair our truck immediately. He was able to get me a loaner car. Originally I was told by Joel(don’t know his title) that I would have to wait in his showroom all day and wait for my truck to be repaired. I knew that was not going to happen, and was called by Carlos to tell us that we would have a loaner car. Our truck was ready the next afternoon and probably 4 phone calls from Carlos with updates about the repairs. Also met with GM Reggie Ford and voiced our concerns about the lack of communication in those 5 weeks. Mr.Ford was very intent on listening to us about our conversations with his car dealership and was so professional in doing so. Left his office with better feelings than before. Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.
