If I could give 100-star review for Tracy, I would!!! I had to get some things done on my Sentra that was covered under warranty, and she provided me a loner car until mine was serviced. She is the BEST and I will only schedule appointments with her. She is what customer service should always be. I have been going here since I bought my first Sentra in 2016 and even though I purchased my new Sentra in Florida I still will only go to Kelly Nissan because of Tracy. Give this woman a nice bonus and raise she definitely deserves it !!! Thank you Tracy

It's a 2013 KIA so it probably won't win your any awards, but it was a great value and reliable for something over 100k miles. Would recommend

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

Truly the best place to buy cars!! As a first time car buyer and having little to no interest Elizabeth was able to help me get my amazing Subaru. She was very helpful and honest and kept things real which is definitely something someone should look for when buying a vehicle. Would recommend a million times over than any other dealer! And I can’t forget about Xavier, when I had my FWD Chevrolet Cruze and got stuck in the snow he helped me shovel and pushed my car to get me going back to work. Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. Joe and Phil and Truck were very understanding of the situation, and while I did not purchase a car for said charity case, they left more than a few doors open for me to do so, if it's meant to be. No pressure, nice guys, if the car is still there, I will buy it.

I rolled my 2002 P T Curser and needed to get another car so I wanted to get a Kia Ive never heard of a Reo nor had i ever seen one. The car lot pulled out the Reo and after i drove it I fell in love with it so far it runs great no problems good gas milage. I have only had the car for a month tho so time will tell.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Gaughan. Corey was our salesman. He was very friendly an knowledgeable about various vehicles and questions, which we had asked. Corey did not try to push a sale on us. I appreciated that! When it came time to talk Financials, PJ was super friendly! PJ was also very informative but not pushy when it came to different options, regarding financing the vehicle. Overall, everyone with whom we came in contact with was super friendly! I love this Kia Soul. It is my first vehicle to give me better vision from being higher up. I love that. The vehicle rides smoothly and is a joy. My Soul is a metallic gray. I love the brake lights! The bright red lights look awesome against my gray vehicle. All in all, since I leased this car, I will lease another one when I turn this one in.

Went to this dealership just for a test drive for a vehicle for my son. Just to point out i hate car shopping because dealers and Salesman are the xxxx of the earth. Then I meet Antoino Thomas. Walked out with a vehicle for my son. He is 100 percent in my book.

The car has been nothing short of amazing for me, great mpg, no issues with reliability has been a good city commuter and I'll most likely consider a new one when I'm in need of a new car.

I just purchased a used car yesterday and was very impressed with my salesperson, Justin Fisher whom I highly recommend. He was very straight forward, honest and respectful. He answered many of my questions and if he didn't know he would try to get the information. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything and he was very helpful in helping me stick within my budget (although I went a little pass it). The Finance manager Rob was nice and straight to the point as well. He got me a decent deal but of course the add on's throw you off a little. It's still too soon to say of any issues but as of now, I highly recommend Abeloff in Stroudsburg, 611 and I definitely recommend Justin to assist you with your search.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.
