This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Everyone was nice, friendly and did the oil change in a short period of time. I am happy to trust that the work needed for my vehicle was done with the utmost professionalism. This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

Let me begin by saying I have been looking for this dream car of mine for 2 years now, after countless hours with countless different dealerships, I finally found what I was looking for... a gorgeous gray metallic Genesis G80 Sport AWD V6 3.3L Turbo...365HP Luxury Sedan, CPO, Certified Pre Owned Genesis, heads up display, front, rear and side mirror cameras, Android auto, the works! Took months of dealing with dealerships, and the Salesman that helped me at Algonquin was so patient with me... You can't find these in my side of the country, they're all in the East coast, I was an out of state buyer from Colorado and tons of dealerships and their salesmen wrote me off but not this one, many not taking me seriously... but Casey from Algonquin Hyundai was the hero I needed... Even after times when the deal fell through, he would follow up with me, making sure he was still there to help me with this purchase... finally after a couple months and all the stars lined up, it was time to make the purchase, and Casey's steadfast dedication to make sure I was taken care of paid off. I literally bought the car, without even seeing it, just from pictures, from Colorado, then flew out to pick it up. They FedEx'ed me the paperwork, I signed it, sent it back then flew out to Chicago to pick it up and drove it back. Not only that, Casey himself picked me up at the airport and drove me back to the dealership 1 hour away! Talk about Genesis customer service! What do you expect when a luxury fully loaded 2022 4 door sedan goes for 58k when it's new you're buying primo goods... and mine was a 2018! I love how friendly they were and how they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the car and in the car and that this was the car we were choosing. One thing I liked about the dealership was the communication most dealerships. They are wanting to sell you a car and this dealership wanted to sell a car but also was very communicative when it came to telling us what it was that was gonna happen. I really like how they took the time to not only make sure we knew what was going on, but to help us along the way. This is a dealership that I will recommend to all of my friends or to anyone I know that needs a car. I already have recommended it to a couple of the people I know.

So I got 2012 Kia Forte EX, 2.0L, for an amazing price! How much and why, you ask? High mileage and cracked windshield, and wasn't cleaned up by the dealership yet. I just happened to see it right after the dealership took it. The window doesn't affect my sight. The high miles are because it was used for a work car. Where I live you travel an hour 1 way for most people. Didn't care about the miles. It was taken care of properly and I have been to. The only thing that drives me crazy if the timing click.i looked up how to fix it. It's a free fix. I've had to learn how to work on my own car since I don't have my husband here. Y'all I'm a 44 year old woman with DISABILITIES! I can work on this car without being totally confused and lost. I've learned to do my own brakes, which takes me longer to get the dang tire off than replacing the brackets and brake pads. I've learned to do a few other things too. I'm learning how to change my alternator this weekend. With a mechanic by my side telling me what to do every step of the way. I now have 250k miles on Batman, my kid's named the car, and I know he'll run another 250k as long as I keep up.on regular maintenance. You know oil changes, tune ups, and getting to know your car's every feel and sound. knowing if my car sounds funny or not acting right is important to me since I'm not able to run out and buy a new car or afford a shop to take it too. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my Kia Forte EX. I can truly and honestly say the ONLY thing I hate on Batman is that he has a sealed system, meaning you can't check nor add transmission fluid. You can but you gotta be smart enough and brave enough to figure it out. It's possible for a non-mechanic to do this but I highly do not recommend you try it of you don't know what your doing. Overall this has been an amazing car and I'm never getting rid of it. It's amazing on gas, 28 miles per gallon still, in town! I'm moving 1500 miles away in another 5 weeks and I'm excited to see what kind of mileage I'll get. I recommend this car for someone getting their 1st car, or wants 1 to travel for work, a small family car, or just plain wants a cute car. I've always been a big Dodge and Ford fan, Kia's are now on my list of favorite vehicles. I'll definitely be crying when I give this car to my son in 2 more years when he starts driving.
