This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

The 2 times I went in there, no one was there to help me. The cars I requested to test drive 1 had to be jumped and then we drove to the gas station to give it some gas. The people I felt with we very nice unfortunately they didn’t seem interested in selling me a vehicle. For cars salesmen they were not very hungry.

The service process from start to finish was great. The Service Advisor meet me quickly and listen to my concern. The Technician did a through inspection. Great communication from both Advisor and Technician, all issue were addressed and repairs completed.

Bought the 2023 Kia Rio in April 2023 new, so have been driving it about 10 months now. Overall I like it a lot, it drives smoothly, has nice features (rear view camera, push button start, alloy wheels, LED lights, forward collision warning tech., etc.) and great gas mileage for an all gas car. I've taken one road trip in this and gas mileage on the freeways was over 50mpg! On a day to day basis, I average over 40mpg in the city. Only thing I can complain about is Kia has decided to discontinue the Rio for 2024 and beyond. I'm lucky to have gotten one of the last ones! Too bad most Americans continue to be programmed by marketing and media to drive big, fat gas guzzling trucks and SUVs. Ridiculous. I will continue to drive my small, fuel efficient, hatchback and shake my head at all the people in their gas guzzlers around me.

First & foremost I did NOT purchase a vehicle from them but that was because I got a better deal with a closer dealership. HOWEVER, GEOFF (pronounced Joff) was THE BEST salesman I ever dealt with. He was very kind and extremely helpful when I was looking at their Chevy SS sedan. He made sure all my questions were answered and thoroughly explained everything to this first time buyer. I NEVER spoke with him before this encounter and just read a google review on the business & someone mentioned his name because he helped so I asked for him. The entire purchasing process was seamless. The sales staff listened to my needs and had several vehicles for me to select from right down to the color and features I requested. This is rare in today's business climate. This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from this dealer. You can only earn that kind of repeat loyalty if they excel in all aspects of the car buying experience. Financing my purchase was handled professionally. My vehicle was delivered to me in excellent condition including a full tank of gasoline. I will purchase from them again.

Fuel economy on the Kia Rio is better than sticker. The only real negative to the Kia Rio that I have experienced so far in the 10,000 miles I have driven is the lane follow assist and Lane keep assist do not work worth a hill of beans. They are pointless and should not have even been put on the vehicle until they were done correctly. I have another vehicle that is a Hyundai that outperforms my Kia Rio 100 to 1. I cannot say enough positive things about my Hyundai and enough negative things and how disappointed I am with my Rio in the sense of the lane follow assist should be keeping you centered in your lane and it does not. You're lucky if it doesn't drive you clear off the road. Unfortunately my Kia dealer said that there is nothing they can do about that oh well. I told them well that's the reason I purchased it because I assume that it worked as well as my Hyundai does but it does not. The biggest redeeming quality about this vehicle is the Comfort overall for an economy vehicle and the mpg is above sticker meaning I get on average about 44 to 48 miles per gallon depending on the day and the speed I'm traveling on the highway.

For your go to salesman that will help the customer out and is the best time after time ask for Gary N. I have purchased 6 vehicles from him and he is a square shooter! I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

Bought from Honda Dealer as used 2018 Soul+ with 36,000 miles in April 2020 for $14,000 - depressed pricing due to COVID impact then. Replaced 2000 Toyota Sienna van with almost 300,000 miles (still going strong!). Soul has 56,000 miles now and has been trouble-free. We like the Soul for it's spaciousness, modern electronics, backup camera, good looks, excellent ride. Now worth about $3,000 more two years later!

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

It was very detailed, prompt, informative and quick. The showroom was beautifully decorated for Christmas. I needed oil change and they informed me in detail of other things my car was in need of.

I love this Kia Soul. It is my first vehicle to give me better vision from being higher up. I love that. The vehicle rides smoothly and is a joy. My Soul is a metallic gray. I love the brake lights! The bright red lights look awesome against my gray vehicle. All in all, since I leased this car, I will lease another one when I turn this one in.

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.
