I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

My car was totaled and I needed a daily driver fast. A friend pointed me to Top Motors, and I’m really glad they did. Tony, was straight with me from the start, no pressure, no weird sales tactics, just honest help when I needed it. He walked me through a few options, told me what made sense and what didn’t, and made the whole thing way less stressful than it could’ve been. You can tell they actually care about doing right by people. If you want a place that’s easy to work with and actually trustworthy, this is it.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

My problem was with the AI contact point at King. Stupid me, I thought Olivia King was a person, and I emailed "her" several times with requests. Before I went in, cars.com asked me to review "her" and the email included a photo of a woman, again making me think I was dealing with a human. When I went in, I asked to speak with her, and was finally told she didn't exist. But was I embarrassed and did I feel stupid! It was very deceptive. And this is not how you want a customer to feel when you're selling something. You need to make it clear up front that the email contact is an AI contact, and any salesperson will be there to help at appointment time. Other than that, it was a good experience. King even allowed the car to be driven 33 miles to my mechanic for an inspection. That's extraordinary. The car was in good shape, and we closed after returning from the inspection.

When I began searching for a vehicle, I narrowed my choices down to two cars, one of them being the Infiniti QX50 Sensory. While researching online, the Infiniti dealership in Bethesda came up, and since I was already nearby, I decided to stop in. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted warmly by everyone. I let the receptionist know I was interested in test driving a vehicle, and the General Manager, Rasean, happened to be walking by and personally introduced me to my salesperson, Stephen Lall. I made it very clear that I did not want to feel pressured, as I was still in the decision-making process. Stephen completely respected that. We went for a test drive, and I shared that I really liked the vehicle. He asked if I was interested in purchasing that day, and I explained that I planned to test drive another car before making my final decision. He simply asked if he could follow up — there was absolutely no pressure. After visiting another dealership, I immediately noticed the difference. Other sales teams contacted me multiple times a day. That was not my experience here. The Infiniti team respected my space and allowed me time to decide comfortably. After about two and a half weeks, I returned and purchased the Infiniti QX50 Sensory, and I am extremely happy with my decision. The vehicle is smooth, comfortable, and truly feels like the right fit for me. The seats are especially comfortable, and the overall driving experience has been excellent. What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. They are willing to and have went above and beyond.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.
