Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

The service department was awesome. Lamarcus Tenny checked to make the service visit was top notch. I plan on bringing my car back in the future!

2025 KIA Soil GT Line, beautiful exterior, love the wheels, interior is not fancy but good enough. Great gas milage (33) and the 'Stop and Go' works well.

I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

It was about November 11 and my service rep was Mr. Kalon Smith. Actually I am ready to crown him Mr. Hennessy Honda of Woodstock. Safe to say, I felt as though he is looking out for me in spite of the fact that he works for the dealership! He pulled rabbits out of the hat/invoice that amazed this senior citizen. As usual, the work that I needed was done by expert! I sincerely want to thank him and the next time I schedule a service, I am going to be certain that he is at work on that day. I am [for] serious! Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

MPG far exceeds EPA rating during warm/hot months with an average of 50-55mpg during regular commute. it does drop during winter months but it bounces right backup as soon as warmer temperature. Touring model has '18 wheels and excellent for long distance ride and everything works seamlessly and rock solid reliable with 60k odo on original tire. Niro has safety system that the our new Lexus NX350 that cost 2x as much doesn't have. sound is automatically reduced when reversing.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

I went into the dealership with very high hopes but very low expectations because I have some severe credit issues. Joseph Franklin greeted me at the door. On the 2020 recall, dealer fixed it with no problem, offered a loaner car for the duration. Very good gas mileage. Also, dealer will now install anti-theft system, all with NO CHARGE.

I have owned a Kia Forte for 7 years now. My husband and I love it! We do regular oil changes and maintenance, and keep the car in the garage. At almost 60,000 miles it needed new tires and brakes, but that's not a big surprise. We LOVE the performance of this car -- the turbo function makes it fun to drive and great for passing. It's compact enough that we can park anywhere. And the hatchback is surprisingly large! We ended up selling our Toyota Camry and keeping our Kia because the Kia is a workhorse that hauled furniture and boxes for my husband's business. Way more room than the Camry when we needed to haul things or take our electric bikes on an adventure.
