I purchased my first Subaru from the Superstore of Chandler and overall it was an excellent experience. I ended up test driving a Forester and Ascent with Griz and felt completely comfortable at ease with no pressure to make an immediate decision. After visiting other local dealers and test driving a few other vehicles, I settled on a Forester a week later. We returned to the Chandler location and Kris ended up helping us find a great deal on a touring trim. Brian, in finance, walked through all the paperwork and it was a very easy process. Recently purchased a new truck from this dealership. The main team member that helped and initiated contact with me was Art Manni. He was fantastic. Not once did I feel pressured with the purchase process. Art followed up with me, multiple times, even after I left the dealership, providing information to help me make a fully informed decision. Last minute I decided to look at another vehicle in their inventory, despite Art having cleaned/prepped the vehicle I initially chose. Very reliable car. Drives good, corners in back a little blinding to see cars or persons behind you or on sides. Also persons trying to break in car get the device from a kia service.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I took my XC60 Recharge in for it annual maintenance and explained I was having trouble with the heater in the pure drive mode. Just said he knew what the problem was and would take a look. the 2022 car was still under warranty and they were able to replace the parts and fix the problem as well as do the annual maintenance. This is the third time I've had the car into their service shop and I've always been quite satisfied. They have a very nice waiting room, so bring you phone and/or computer. Geoff Durango Colorado

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

This is our fifth vehicle with them and yes, we will definitely return. Mr Smoove is our favorite.

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

They were able to get the truck we wanted at the price I was looking for. The deal was as expected. No surprises, except I had expected more for my tradeins. We closed the deal anyway as I felt they were treating us well, and the price was probably better than most dealerships. Finance was straightforward, and we appreciated that.

Bought from Honda Dealer as used 2018 Soul+ with 36,000 miles in April 2020 for $14,000 - depressed pricing due to COVID impact then. Replaced 2000 Toyota Sienna van with almost 300,000 miles (still going strong!). Soul has 56,000 miles now and has been trouble-free. We like the Soul for it's spaciousness, modern electronics, backup camera, good looks, excellent ride. Now worth about $3,000 more two years later!
