We had a unique situation as we were driving across country to leave our current suv for our granddaughters ( health and safety reasons ) and needed to purchase something we loved ( to keep for the next ten years ) nearby their remote location. Time was growing short when we found the perfect car located at Kendall Ford. We texted them and were able to ask all the questions, see extra pictures and put a deposit down to hold the car until we could get there. When we finally drove through Boise, dropped by to test drive, and purchase , the aviator was detailed, looking like new and ready to continue the drive back across the country. Everything was easy, trustworthy and friendly. They went above and beyond. Our experience could not have been better and we are very much enjoying our new to us, Lincoln.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

I had a great shopping experience and Dale's Auto Sales. I was looking for a used SUV and Dale and his son Kyle and Miguel we're all very helpful in my decision. I never felt any pressure. It is a relaxed atmosphere with as they say" good people." I would buy another vehicle from them in the future!

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

I highly recommend Ozzy’s Car Company!! I had been searching for a car since November of 2024, after I hit two Elk heading to Cascade to pick my son up from baseball practice. I totaled my car, but came out of it unharmed, had lots of emotional trauma due to the severity of the accident. I had just bought my Subaru Outback in April of 2024, and now I had to look for another one. After a long search, and lots of patience, I had narrowed it down to three. It came down to reviews of each dealership and what they had to offer. I loved seeing all the positive comments at Ozzy’s, but still wasn’t sure until I met Yuriy and Ozzy. This Kia Rio S 2019 is a great car , awesome on gas , very comfortable to drive and handles well and it’s a good looking car . Very happy with my purchase of this Kia .

I waited a few weeks before leaving a review. First off, my husband and I buy a lot of cars. His last brand new car lasted 8 months before he decided to buy a newer one. We were nervous about buying a used vehicle for our kid who just started driving. We went to a few different dealerships in the area (big dealerships to smaller dealerships) but from the moment Ozzy introduced himself, he gave all of us such an amazing experience. He saw our concerns and addressed them immediately. He gave us an UNBELIEVABLE deal. I won't spill the tea here, you'll have to go see him and get your own killer deal. I'll just say it's one of the lowest interest rates I have ever seen, and the out-the-door price was unbelievable. We even left to check out a couple of other dealerships because it seemed too good to be true, but over lunch we all decided we were coming back to Ozzy's because we like and trust HIM and his crew. He has given us such a peace of mind and confidence in our purchase. The other staff members are equally amazing and accommodating. I watched them work together collectively to take care of the property, prep the cars that just arrived to the lot (they get new ones every few days and keep them meticulously clean!), prep the cars going to the auction, and help the customers. It wasn't competitive, and as the owner, he spoke to every single person respectfully and it gave a real family and friendly atmosphere. One that truly deserves your business. Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

Best salesman we have ever encountered in the last 58 yrs! Fast process for the paperwork, he had about half of it done. Have walked off many lots due to the pushy sales persons.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

After driving my GF's 2020 Soul Xline and her mother's 2020 Ex round trip from Arizona to Wisconsin I decided to buy a 2023 Soul Ex for myself and my GF's also purchased a new one. I'm 6'3" and am comfortable driving cross country, the car is smooth and doesn't have the horrible road noise associated with smaller FWD vehicles. The soul is a fun to drive great value vehicle. After 10 months and 10K miles I've had zero Issues and am extremely happy with my soul.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty
