I think all customers realize that there are going to be hiccups with every car deal that's made. I decided two weeks ago to trade my 2022 GMC Sierra for a 2025 Kia Soul. This is the second Soul I have owned and I am convinced it is one of the best automobiles on the road today. I had very specific instructions for Cody, my Sales Associate. Cody got to work and in a few hours let me know he had found exactly the car I was interested in. So, we did the deal. The car arrived last Saturday and I picked it up. I was approximately one mile away from the dealership when I discovered that the one detail I had insisted on was not correct. I contacted Cody immediately and he said he would call the manager. Cody assured me he would correct the issue. I received a call on Monday morning and was asked to return the car to the dealership for the issue to be resolved. Wednesday afternoon, Cody called and said my car was ready and exactly like I wanted it. Cody was right, I am extremely happy with the deal. I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023.
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.
