I’m a three-year veteran of the Coastal Kia dealership, having leased a 2021 Sportage and purchased two older Kias for my son and daughter-in-law there. Have nothing but great things to say about the service department. Recently, I returned my leased vehicle, and learning that my dog had created significant damage to the interior, I worked with sales person Cody Hamilton to purchase a new vehicle. To say that Cody went above and beyond is an understatement. Not only is he extremely personable, he’s an empathetic and knowledgeable sales person, taking the time to explain my options and giving me choices. There are so many new features on the 2024 line to go over!! He did a great job, working to meet what I wanted and needed, while also respecting my time and budget. He’s also provided outstanding follow up to ensure that I’m satisfied and understand all the features of my new Sportage, which I love. Great job!!

The car has been nothing short of amazing for me, great mpg, no issues with reliability has been a good city commuter and I'll most likely consider a new one when I'm in need of a new car.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

Speaking with and working with Charlie Korn at Blue water was bar none the most pleasant car buying l 😁 that I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable, honest and caring . Ask for him when you call. Plus the vehicles on the lot are beautifully detailed cosmetically and inspected and serviced mechanically to sure that you are getting a great smooth ride. I bought my 2010 Soul right off the line and have loved her since. She's a red shortage with the flashing speakers and red/black interior. It's easy and fun to drive, can park it anywhere, good on gas and tags cheaper than an SUV. I can pack a ton of stuff in her when I flip the seats down. I feel safe in her because she's well balanced and has multiple airbags. I now have 159,000 miles on her and looking forward to the next. It's a good car that is cheaper to buy than others. I drove 102 miles to work everyday. She handled the ice and snow great (I also kept good tires on her). Recommended my youngest daughter get one. She did and loves herself too.

Went to Seasell Autos and bought a 2014 Cadillac CTS with 89K miles on it… It’s a sweet ride but makes a clunk noise in the tranny when it shifts from 1st to 2nd. Blake and his guys are doing all they can to get it taken care of and make it right… For me, that’s a good dealership and I got a good deal !! Try them. They’re honest and stand behind what they sell !

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

Sam in service is the best. Have dealt with several service departments at other dealerships and none can compare to Sam.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I am 73.. " GO Granny GO. That is how I feel while driving my KIA.." Only wish it was a Brand New one Black , beigh interia..

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive
