There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

Nate was the best he definitely went above and beyond and made sure I was getting everything that i wanted he also went out his way in told Me personal stories on the cars what I wanted to give me a better visual of the car and if it was for me , he didn’t just try and tell me what ever to get me to buy what ever he made sure to get me to buy a car that I truly wanted so Nate ! Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

Put 38,000 miles on in two yrs. No issues at all. Get 30 mpg in city, and 42 on the road on a 2.5 191 hp. Engine.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

I purchased a new Tacoma Truck recently from this dealership and after the first time I washed the vehicle I noticed some imperfections in the paint. I went to the service center and showed the the areas to there staff and they immediately addressed my concerns and rectified the situation in a very professional and accommodating manner. I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

I enjoy the ride in my Sorrento . This one is loaded and still learning ! I am only 4 11’, The seats I have are designed for a taller person .. so more options to fit a short stature person would be great . But I love my car …receive a-lot of compliments.

Service was completed much quicker than expected. My concerns were noted and one was addressed. The other they did try to recreate but we’re unable to at this visit.

6cyl has good power and acceleration. Sun roof motor failed on me even though I barely used it. Costly to replace. Oil pressure switch failed on me. About a $30 part but $1400 to replace because it’s difficult and time consuming to replace. Third seat not really usable but I only needed the space for hauling. Overall a decent vehicle.

I have had Gabriel Paramo as a Service Consultant twice now. Both times he has offered Excellent service. He has done everything he could to expedite the service of my vehicle and minimize my wait. The previous time I was in he prioritized finding the cause of our warning lights going off, knowing that we had a family weekend planned and we needed the car as soon as possible. Bought in September 2019, before the pandemic and before the chip shortage for $25900.00 . Now have 65700 miles with no trouble. If you want a reasonable reliable SUV this is it. American made in West Point , GA. Built by non union workers so you will not get the junk the United Auto Workers Union builds. Always use synthetic oil, change every 8-10 thousand miles. Yokohama tires it came with only lasted 40,000 miles. Have Cooper tires on all my autos now, great wearing tires.

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

2017 KIA Sorento , I love my SUV! I’ve had an issues at all until 2024. I had to have an oil pan leak. Also, Rear Bearing sensor. Other than that regular stuff such as tires windshield wiper, ect The vehicle was a year old and a one person owner when I purchased it

Professional Driver says ---amazing engine performance in the SX. V-6 able to tow 5000 lbs. Eight extra gears on the handle shifter. Super bonus for driving the mountains and beach. Fun, fast and responsive handling. Roomy enough to haul furniture and heavy items. Comfortable for everyone on long haul family trips. Dealer maintenance cost is the lowest that I have ever had on any vehicle. Not a jaw dropping looking SUV but the interior ammenties will make you forget about that.

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

Owned a 2015 Sorrento since 2018. It's a great SUV, very comfortable and smooth quiet ride. Lots of power (v6). No issues only routine maintenance.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

I just bought a 2015 Sorento SX v6 after I was t-boned in my 2013 Sorento LX v6. I loved my 2013. It was my first black SUV which I’ve wanted since I was a kid. My children and I walked away from our accident relatively unharmed after all side airbags deployed and my car was clearly totaled. When shopping for a replacement, it wasn’t a question of what vehicle I wanted to buy after the accident. I trust the Sorento to keep my family safe and I’ll never buy another brand of SUV. It may not be flashy or overly powerful, but it is solid and one of the safest SUVs on the road. I’d recommend this vehicle to anyone and everyone.
