Great redesign. Much roomier interior. I have the gas hybrid and gas mileage is great. The only complaint I have is the middle console. The material used scratches easily and shows fingerprints as well.

R Veliz was awesome. Gave us the time and answered our questions promptly. We went on our last resort.We were tired of looking for something reasonable here in Laredo and San Antonio. R Veliz gave us excellent service and gave us options. We bought a new car instead of a used one. Highly recommend them.

After getting the runaround for almost 3 hours near San Antonio and getting nowhere, I sat down less than hour with Mgr. Joe Arevalo (his sales people were all tied up) and got me what I was looking for regarding model, color, interiors and price. He had the car I wanted transfered from out of town in a couple of days and always kept me in the loop. I am so glad I stoped at Sames Kia

I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Tuve un problema con mi vehículo. Y llamé a la línea de Kia. Y desde el primer momento que hablé con ellos siempre estuvieron pendientes de mi problema . Desde que si ya me había llegado la grúa, que si ya estaba en la agencia que si el problema ya había sido solucionado. Que si estaba ya todo bien y ya no había tenido otra ves el problema. Fue un seguimiento de mi problema hasta que se solucionó. Desde el principio hasta dias después de que estibiera listo el coche hubo atención y seguimiento. De mi problema. Gracias por su atención. Y la verdad que fue sorprendente. Y todos los compañeros del trabajo les comenté de su gran ATENCIÓN. 1000% recomendado.

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

El pasado 20 de Julio, 2024 lleve mi camioneta al servicio de cambio de aceite, tenia cita y al momento de llegar me atendieron casi de inmediato, espere 1 o 2 minutos a lo mucho, para que tomaran mis datos, me ofrecieron ride a mi casa a traves de Lyft y una vez que estaba lista la camioneta se comunicaron para avisar que ya estaba lista, eso tomo como 1 hora o un poco mas aproximadamente. El trato en general es bueno y me ha ido muy bien con las garantías también, ya pidieron una parte que estaba mal en la suspension y pronto lo van a re-emplazar bajo la garantía.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

Car is great on gas mileage and comfort, just doesn’t have the get up and go needed to get to speed going onto highways and freeways.

There is no arm rest in the middle. I love the car. It gets me from point A to point B. I recommend this car.
