I came in with battery issues, and although the cost was higher than I expected, Ethan took the time to explain the value behind the service and made me feel comfortable with my decision. The entire process was quick and efficient—I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Ethan also informed me about the recalls that still need to be completed on my vehicle, which I appreciated. After seeing the newly renovated lobby, I will gladly return for future service visits. It's a comfortable space where I can bring my laptop and work while my car is being serviced. 2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
I've put 60k miles on my 2023 Sorento Hybrid and it's been solid. Only repair was a defective horn, covered under warranty. Maintenance has been very cheap, less than $1000 total (not including tires) for 60k miles! I average 33 mpg overall. I used this primarily for rideshare and got compliments on a daily basis on how nice the interior was. 10/10 recommend.

2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

I've had this car since I leased it when it was brand new. Just converted the lease to buying it. The car is roomy and has all the options you could ask for. The car is comfortable and does verywell on gas mileage on the highway.

I made an appt and he had the car ready for me to test drive. Purchase process was respectful and very quick. I am a repeat Sorrento buyer and went with the EV model. My previous Sorrento was 10 years old with no bells or whistles. Bill took the time to explain the EV and gas motors and how they work and all the things that can be done using the technology. I recommend this dealership and Bill. If I could rate 10 stars I would!!!
2023 Kia Carnival review
We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!
