I had a notification pop up on my vehicle stating that my oil level was low. I still showed I had 12% usage left, but called and took truck to dealership due to my husbands health issues and I didn't need my truck out of commission. It was 45 minutes before they closed and the Service Tech got me in and they did an emergency oil change to get me back on the road. I appreciate their help as I can't afford to be without my truck.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Looked at the 2020 Telluride after Consumer Reports gave it the highest rating ever for a vehicle. Carl was a great salesman, no pressure, very informative. None of the “let me go ask my manager “ stuff. The service department is great. Have gone many times with no appointment, and gotten my oil changed promptly! They always do a systems and fluid check, and explain what they found. They even refill my washer fluid without being asked to do so! The best service I’ve ever gotten at a car dealership! Looking forward to doing business with them again, when it’s time to buy another vehicle! They are the best!!!

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.
