2014 SXL, FWD. really nice vehicle.. great performance.. lots of high level luxury in the car.. including heated and cooled seats!! the touchscreen is easy to maneuver and the physical buttons make it very convenient and does not require that you take your eye's off the road. seats are very comfortable. I have two complaints. the chrome wheels.. almost impossible to prevent rust underneath.. would have preferred aluminum wheels instead. And the third row is useless and should never have been offered. Purchased vehicle used in 2016 with less than 3k miles on it. (really) Pleasure to drive, not to firm, not mushy.. great stereo.. I love this car!!!

THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

Thanks to Carlos we were able to purchase a certified used Sonata and also received a fair trade in on our old car. This is only the 2nd time I've traded in a vehicle in my long life.

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

I have the Sorento for 2 years now. On long distance drives out of state the seats are very uncomfortable. The trim on the sides windows has to be replace because the finish comes off. The item has been on order for 2 months. Other than the issues I would recommend this car. My daughter still has her 2013 Sorento the engine was replaced this year under warranty.

All the management and staff were direct in offering me great options with super friendly service at the time of purchasing my Kia.AND even after when I came in for service. This SUV competes in what I call the mid size near luxury segment. LIKES: 1.The ride is supple (easily absorbs harsh bumps) ,quiet (noise absorbing glass and abundant insulation cuts road and wind noise) average handling for a SUV. It gives a luxury level ride. (Exception: the X Pro line comes with off road tires which effects ride and noise) 2.Abundant, what I call nanny electronics for those who prefer messing with their phone rather than paying attention to driving their vehicle. 3. Seating in the Prestige trim is done tastefully in Nappa leather with good support. The driver and passenger seats come with 8 way adjustment plus lumbar adjustment. The driver seat only comes with adjustable electric thigh support. Both seats come with heating and ventilation. The second row is captain chairs that do not have electronic adjustment (why?) They do come with heating and ventilation. The third row seats are large enough for full size adults to be comfortable a rare thing in a mid size SUV, but I would not want to spend 10 hours sitting in them. 4.) Infotainment system works well, has a large screen harmon kardon sound system is excellent. You are given various access to many forms of media including apple carplay but only by cable connection (why?) 5.)Climate control can be managed by the info screen or by mechanical switches which I prefer instead of navigating through multiple layers of menus. The rear passengers have their own separate climate controls. 6.) Cargo space is large especially with the 3rd and 2nd row chairs folded down and with the roof racks, things like plywood can be hauled easily. 7.) The 5 year 60,000 mile basic and 10 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty is the best in the industry. 8.) Fit and finish is excellent DISLIKES: 1.) There is only one engine available. If you're looking for neck snapping acceleration you will be disappointed. But it musters up 291 hp and does provide acceptable acceleration allowing you to access highway speeds without a struggle. So far overall MPG has only been 17.5 far below the published 20 -23 mpg. There could be several factors causing this: 1. the engine only has 315 miles on it, so it is not broken in. 2. the weight of the vehicle. 3.) The gearing of the tranny and the AWD setup. 4. the engine gets its hp without the use of a turbocharger (adding a turbocharger would have certainly raised the hp and mpg) In this segment V8's are not available with one exception the dodge durango. 2.) Extremely limited color selection 3.) Reliability: Because I have only 315 miles on the vehicle I'm not qualified to speak with any knowledge on the subject of reliability. OVERALL IMPRESSION In my search for a vehicle the Telluride came the closest to providing and meeting all my expectations. Yes there are vehicles out there that surpass the Telluride, but be prepared to spend an extra 20k or more. The Telluride provides a luxury ride, near luxury interior, an abundance of electronic technology, plenty of cargo space all in a good-looking package! In the end the Telluride is an excellent value for the money. The only way you're going to know if the Telluride is the vehicle to meet your needs and expectations is to drive one. I'm betting you'll be impressed.

I got a notice that my tires were all low, needed immediate attention and oil change , regular scheduled maintenance was needed now. I just stopped in; I was attended to immediately by Laurie and my car was updated and I had it detailed as well. I was kept posted on its progress; everyone was very pleasant and the work was fantastic. Almost didn’t recognize my car it looked as I good. This is a great dealership to do business with!

6cyl has good power and acceleration. Sun roof motor failed on me even though I barely used it. Costly to replace. Oil pressure switch failed on me. About a $30 part but $1400 to replace because it’s difficult and time consuming to replace. Third seat not really usable but I only needed the space for hauling. Overall a decent vehicle.

This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

I am enjoying my new Telluride SX Prestige X-Pro very much. My old car was a 2010. The technology advances deployed in this vehicle are amazing. I'm still learning all the included options. I highly recommend this vehicle.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

Put 38,000 miles on in two yrs. No issues at all. Get 30 mpg in city, and 42 on the road on a 2.5 191 hp. Engine.

I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

It's been three years since I've owned this car. First of all, the design was so cool and the interior was good. I wanted to buy it as a night fall edition at the time, but there was no vehicle. I ended up buying it as an lx trim. I'm so happy with it, and I'm planning on buying the car again with the 2025 Telluride SX X-Line. This car is absolutely great.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

I had been driving a Kia Soul and loved it. I didn’t like giving it up at 150,000 miles but it was paid off and I was needing something new. My wife talked me into the Seltos.
