Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

I drove two hours to pick up my vehicle and it was ready to go with a full tank of gas. I was nervous about driving it home as it is an older truck with higher miles. About 15 minutes into the trip my nerves evaporated and I enjoyed every minute of the drive home. The truck was smooth and steady. I absolutely love it and the experience was totally stress free. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family.

2014 SXL, FWD. really nice vehicle.. great performance.. lots of high level luxury in the car.. including heated and cooled seats!! the touchscreen is easy to maneuver and the physical buttons make it very convenient and does not require that you take your eye's off the road. seats are very comfortable. I have two complaints. the chrome wheels.. almost impossible to prevent rust underneath.. would have preferred aluminum wheels instead. And the third row is useless and should never have been offered. Purchased vehicle used in 2016 with less than 3k miles on it. (really) Pleasure to drive, not to firm, not mushy.. great stereo.. I love this car!!!

I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

While I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle due to a last minute deal, the operations manager Brandan Collins who was assisting me was informative, easy to work with, and super friendly. Overall Butler Auto was a great, even if brief, experience.

This is my first kia. The fit and trim are solid. The car is sound all around. Great gas mileage between 46 in the very cold winter to 67 mpg. Depending on how you drive it. I.ve been dealing with a dealer in burlington massachusetts where I purchase the vehicle. Im not sure they pay attention to detail as the engine calls for a special motor oil, 0W16, And that was not reflected on the engine oil change receipt. When I approached them with a question about the Motor oil, i was told all the engines are the same, which is not true. Also they recommended a 4wheel alignment which i paid for but had problems down the road. The dealer was very unhappy when they had to Repeat the alignment again, and made sure I knew about it. At this time I am searching for another dealer.

Great customer service. My Kia Sportage drives very comfortably. Love the heated seats. Great for carrying large items cause you can put the back seats down.

My wife bought me a 2016 as a gift yes it has a ton of miles but it runs and drives like a brand new car. We've had lots of road trips and no problems I'm 6,1 very comfortable even in the back seat I really like the trunk space

I purchased a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander from Butler's back in 2018 for my growing family and it was a great car!! I just recently was able to trade in and upgrade for a beautiful 2021 GMC Acadia and Noah went above and beyond to help me find the right car. Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

I live about 4 hours from the dealership, and I bought a great used car. Bret was the salesperson and he ensured that everything went smooth. I had an overall awesome experience with this dealership.

I just purchased this KIA, lightly used, only 24500 miles. I had a 2008 KIA before this one, it served well for the 13 years that I owned it. Before that I owned a '94 Dodge Caravan and a '98 Town and Country. Chrysler makes prettier vehicles, but KIAs hold up. My last KIA had plenty of life left, but I got t-boned so hard the car flipped over! Praise the Lord, I walked away from that wreck! The car didn't make it, so I got another one. I was tempted by the Dodge GC, but ultimately, I trust KIA more. This KIA is spiffier than my old one, but I miss the simple, open design of the old one. The "safety tech" is more annoying than helpful, but it rides well, feels solid and well made. Overall: satisfied.

I have owned a Kia Forte for 7 years now. My husband and I love it! We do regular oil changes and maintenance, and keep the car in the garage. At almost 60,000 miles it needed new tires and brakes, but that's not a big surprise. We LOVE the performance of this car -- the turbo function makes it fun to drive and great for passing. It's compact enough that we can park anywhere. And the hatchback is surprisingly large! We ended up selling our Toyota Camry and keeping our Kia because the Kia is a workhorse that hauled furniture and boxes for my husband's business. Way more room than the Camry when we needed to haul things or take our electric bikes on an adventure.

We stopped at the dealership and were greeted by Anthony Tanzini who answered all our questions about the Hyundai Tucson. We took a test drive and fell in love with the 2022 hybrid. Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

The car was ready for me to test drive when I got there. After my test drive Ryan took care of all the paperwork for me. Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

The car has been nothing short of amazing for me, great mpg, no issues with reliability has been a good city commuter and I'll most likely consider a new one when I'm in need of a new car.

after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

I enjoy my Kia Sportage it’s stylish look and performance is excellent . Kia connects is special I can use from my phone with special features as well

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

I've had this car for nearly 2 years but have less than 7.000 miles on it, so maybe this isn't a fair judgement, but so far, it's been great. I got the basic gas model. No problems. Had one weird thing where i didn't realize that I couldn't move the car AT ALL with the door ajar, and the car freaked out & seized up! But once I figured that out, and learned how to use all the tech, it's been great. It actually turns out to be a bit small for my needs, but other than that, great . . .
