There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

The buying experience was excellent. I always recommend this dealership to people i know. I have been buying here for years and will continue to do so.

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

I had inquired on a few cars... It's all about timing and I found two cars I liked. I worked with the salesperson prior to coming into the dealership so we had a pretty clear understanding. I also prequalified. Then, I came by and Tony treated me respectfully and answered my numerous questions. In the end, I like my purchase and would probably return to this dealership if a different car was needed OR when I need service.

Put 38,000 miles on in two yrs. No issues at all. Get 30 mpg in city, and 42 on the road on a 2.5 191 hp. Engine.

This is a great dealership!! We walked in with an idea of what we were looking for but we weren’t very prepared with the pertinent information that would’ve made it easier, but our salesman, Zach Jones, was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable that we quickly figured out what it was that we truly wanted and then he made it happen. We left with our dream car and we LOVE it. We got the 2026 Passport TrailSport! It’s an awesome vehicle. This dealership was top notch from the moment we stepped out of our old car until we drove away in the new one. We were treated so well and each step of the process was effortless and efficient. The finance department was just another polished step. Ed Lounds, who is in charge of their finance department, was very helpful too, professional and easy to work with. I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

Bought in September 2019, before the pandemic and before the chip shortage for $25900.00 . Now have 65700 miles with no trouble. If you want a reasonable reliable SUV this is it. American made in West Point , GA. Built by non union workers so you will not get the junk the United Auto Workers Union builds. Always use synthetic oil, change every 8-10 thousand miles. Yokohama tires it came with only lasted 40,000 miles. Have Cooper tires on all my autos now, great wearing tires.

I enjoy the ride in my Sorrento . This one is loaded and still learning ! I am only 4 11’, The seats I have are designed for a taller person .. so more options to fit a short stature person would be great . But I love my car …receive a-lot of compliments.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.
