Overall positive experience in purchasing a used car. Friendly, open, and seemingly honest staff. The car needed a couple of small repairs, which were promptly addressed. No warranties, but it is a quality vehicle, in good condition, at a fair price.

The Sedona is the best all around choice for giving you comfort in every ride at a very reasonable price. Many features found in more expensive SUVs.

They are honest about what they have and what they show on the website! I will continue to check what they have and hopefully can do business with them.

Bought in 2016 with 6000 miles. Not the quietest ride but currently at 125,000 miles and no major issues yet. Only problem was original set of rear tires wore out on the inside edge. The tire shop said Kia had that problem from the factory and he installed a shim kit to make the alignment correct. No problem with that issue since. Mileage is good for a large minivan. At 70 to 80 MPH I get 26 mpg average depending on which state I am buying fuel in. I love being able to switch from Automatic transmition to a manual transmission when going down steep mountain grades. I am actually shopping for a used Kia 2017 to 2020 right now with low miles to replace this one.

Purchased 2 SUV's and a trade in so far with them and haven't been let down once. They are honest, real, and a no stress way to go.

This is my second time buying a new Kia from this dealership. I had my Sorento for 5 years before deciding to trade it in due to high mileage and a growing family. I researched quite a bit before deciding what I wanted to buy, and Bergstrom Kia of Appleton had one of the easiest sites to access the information I was looking for. Being able to compare prices & features, I was able to find a vehicle that was right for me before even stepping foot on the lot. I called to be sure it was in stock and after learning that it was, said I would be in the next day. I was greeted at the door, promptly assisted, and offered refreshments. After learning I had bought my previous vehicle there, they set me up with the same sales associate that I worked with the first time. Once again, Mo walked us through the purchasing process. I went for a test drive & Mo made sure any additional questions I had were answered. I put on a lot of miles each year, so Mo helped find us a better warranty that covered more mileage rather than a longer term. I went away satisfied and excited to be driving off in my first hybrid vehicle, a Kia Carnival HEV. I will go back for future vehicle purchases!

I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

Dorsch Kia was the most consistent when i needed a response. I did not do business because another dealer had free oil changes. I would like to add that if that sales pitch wasn’t there I would have given Dorsch my business.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I have been going to Bergstrom Subaru for the last 4 years. They have always given me exceptional service. But recently I want to call out for my Service Advisor Shane Nelson for exceptional service. I had a problem with my steering column controls and he worked with the mechanic to provide a solution. This was an example of going above and beyond to help a customer. Great job Shane and crew! I went into my purchasing research looking for an SUV with third row seating. I had a very reliable 2003 GMC Envoy XL which I had owned for 9 years. I have test driven GMC Acadia, Chevy Traverse, Ford Edge, Pontiac Montana, Buick Enclave, and 3 different Kia Sedona; a 2016, 2015, and a 2018. I always said I would never drive a minivan, but the Kia Sedona changed my mind. The stylish Sedona, doesn't look like a minivan, and the luxury features make you forget you are driving a minivan. It starts with the standard Kia warranty 10 years/100,000 miles for the original owner (60,000 miles regardless of owner). The Sedona also tests much more reliably than all the above mentioned models as well as Chrysler, Dodge, and Honda minivans per Consumer Reports. The cost is also much more affordable compared to SUVs of a similar size. The SUVs listed above have significantly less room inside for hauling. To approach the interior space of a minivan, you would have to go with the largest SUVs: Ford Expedition, Lincoln Navigator, Chevy Suburban, GMC Yukon. Going to those options were out of my price range. A similar SUV with a similar price would be a minimum of 10 years old with over 100,000 miles, and still be more expensive than a 5 year old Kia Sedona with less than 60,000 miles on it. After months a research, the choice was clear. I ended test driving 3 Sedonas and I loved all of them. I ended up purchasing the 2015 because the price was right. I have loved it! The power lift gate (only on certain packages) has made grocery shopping so easy. I can open and close it with the touch of a button even with two hands full of groceries. The dual power sliding doors make dropping the kids off easy, even in a crowded parking lot. The bluetooth technology has been great. You can even have texts read to you via voice commands. The clincher for me is that I can fit my paddle board inside the Sedona, where I would be unable to do that with most SUVs. I love everything about this purchase, and highly recommend Kia Sedonas for anyone in the market for an SUV or a minivan.

Bought new for my wife in 2012. I am very particular in maintenance of all fluids & filters. 360,000 miles later and still runs like new. The most amazing thing is the “check engine” light has not even been on once. No leaks and uses no oil. Amazing vehicle!

We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.
