Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

This SUV competes in what I call the mid size near luxury segment. LIKES: 1.The ride is supple (easily absorbs harsh bumps) ,quiet (noise absorbing glass and abundant insulation cuts road and wind noise) average handling for a SUV. It gives a luxury level ride. (Exception: the X Pro line comes with off road tires which effects ride and noise) 2.Abundant, what I call nanny electronics for those who prefer messing with their phone rather than paying attention to driving their vehicle. 3. Seating in the Prestige trim is done tastefully in Nappa leather with good support. The driver and passenger seats come with 8 way adjustment plus lumbar adjustment. The driver seat only comes with adjustable electric thigh support. Both seats come with heating and ventilation. The second row is captain chairs that do not have electronic adjustment (why?) They do come with heating and ventilation. The third row seats are large enough for full size adults to be comfortable a rare thing in a mid size SUV, but I would not want to spend 10 hours sitting in them. 4.) Infotainment system works well, has a large screen harmon kardon sound system is excellent. You are given various access to many forms of media including apple carplay but only by cable connection (why?) 5.)Climate control can be managed by the info screen or by mechanical switches which I prefer instead of navigating through multiple layers of menus. The rear passengers have their own separate climate controls. 6.) Cargo space is large especially with the 3rd and 2nd row chairs folded down and with the roof racks, things like plywood can be hauled easily. 7.) The 5 year 60,000 mile basic and 10 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty is the best in the industry. 8.) Fit and finish is excellent DISLIKES: 1.) There is only one engine available. If you're looking for neck snapping acceleration you will be disappointed. But it musters up 291 hp and does provide acceptable acceleration allowing you to access highway speeds without a struggle. So far overall MPG has only been 17.5 far below the published 20 -23 mpg. There could be several factors causing this: 1. the engine only has 315 miles on it, so it is not broken in. 2. the weight of the vehicle. 3.) The gearing of the tranny and the AWD setup. 4. the engine gets its hp without the use of a turbocharger (adding a turbocharger would have certainly raised the hp and mpg) In this segment V8's are not available with one exception the dodge durango. 2.) Extremely limited color selection 3.) Reliability: Because I have only 315 miles on the vehicle I'm not qualified to speak with any knowledge on the subject of reliability. OVERALL IMPRESSION In my search for a vehicle the Telluride came the closest to providing and meeting all my expectations. Yes there are vehicles out there that surpass the Telluride, but be prepared to spend an extra 20k or more. The Telluride provides a luxury ride, near luxury interior, an abundance of electronic technology, plenty of cargo space all in a good-looking package! In the end the Telluride is an excellent value for the money. The only way you're going to know if the Telluride is the vehicle to meet your needs and expectations is to drive one. I'm betting you'll be impressed.

I've owned this car for a little over 10 months now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Some of the things that could use some improvement would be road noise, speakers in the back are almost inaudible, placement of the infotainment screen is kind of odd, and maybe less plastic in the interior. As far as the engine goes and transmission, transmission runs smooth and the engine could use a little more get up and go. Of course I only have the 2.0L. The ride is pretty smooth and I don't feel too many bumps like I did in my Soul.

I want to scream a huge shout out to Collins for the outstanding effort he put in to get us going on a car! He went the extra mile to talk the bank I to 0 down for us and to top it off he drove a little o er half an hour to pick me and my other half up in the car we were approved for.. we never thought we'd be coming on in a 17 ford fusion!!! First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

2014 Sportage SX is an outstanding vehicle, has almost every a fully-loaded Audi does. I've had no issues over 68k miles, car is tight, has no squieks or rattles anywhere. The local Kia dealership has excellent people and great service.

Love the looks of the outside and inside. More room than any other smaller car I looked at buying. I am impressed with the passing speed and comfort while driving but it is scary on takeoff. This car lacks any get up and go from the start. You have to make sure you have plenty of clearance before you pull into traffic. Overall I enjoy my Seltos SX.

Put 38,000 miles on in two yrs. No issues at all. Get 30 mpg in city, and 42 on the road on a 2.5 191 hp. Engine.

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

Great comfort. Not easy to use interior controls. Too complicated to figure out how things work. User guide not user friendly. Lots of room. Very good safety equipment.
