I usually do not do reviews, but these guys at Mercedes-Benz of Columbia absolutely deserves more than a 5 star review. Danh Do Finance Manage, and Kofi's Adadey who happened to be my sales person were amazing. Their customer service and lever of customer engagement is "Bar None"!!!!. The environment and atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing. From the Car lot, to the Sales floor, everyone is very helpful and polite. They make you feel like family. Mercedes-Benz of Columbia is the best dealership in the Mid-West they surpasses my expectation. Therefore I will be a repeat customer, because I am a satisfied customer.

Excellent driving through snow. I have an 81 km one way to work. Never missed a shift. Also very economical with the 2.4 litre inline 4 cylinder. Average on the highway is between 7 - 8 litres per 100 km.

I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

Jaime was wonderful to work with in the service department! She kept us updated on the process of getting our vehicle issues under the warranty taken care of. They diagnosed, got it covered under warranty and had it back up and going in a really good timely manner!

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

This is our 1st Kia and we absolutely love it. Had a great salesman, Derek, who went above and beyond with his customer service abilities. Knowledgeable about Kia and was able to answer our questions. Keith and Mike, asst. Managers, were quite helpful. Mike really came through in solving an issue we were having. Thank you all and we are looking forward to our new relationship with Kia and its employees.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Went out on some errands and ended up buying a new 2024 2500 Rebel - Diesel. Dalton Shoemate was great to work with.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

My 2019 sorento has been a strong performer with no problems at all. Spacious, comfortable and very dependable. Very happy with this SUV Engine is strong, excellent value

I bought mine new in June. I now have 28000 miles in March. The steering assist is a game changer on 10-12 hour drives. The car is effortlessly fast , drives easy, and I like the maps and compass.

Our salesman was Glenn Gannaway. After coming to an agreement on the purchase of the vehicle, we had filled out a form for requests to be completed as part of the deal. One request was to repair or replace the damaged headliner. Secondly, Glenn told us he would get us the second of the pair of key fobs. Thirdly, we requested a bottle of touch up paint to take care of small nicks in the exterior paint. Now three weeks later, we are still waiting for these requests to be taken care of by this dealership.” The updated review is a five star review “We purchased a 2019 Ford Edge Titanium from this dealership on 11/10/22. We traded in our Ford Escape and our F-150 on this vehicle to have lower payment and more comforts. The deal went well with Glenn Gannaway as our salesman and Josh Woodruff taking care of the finances. Josh did an excellent job with our financing and made sure that we were able to get a refund on our unused Ford warranty balance. They gave us a fair trade on both of our vehicles and a reasonable price on our Ford Edge. There were a couple of items that had to be taken care of after the sale on the we owe sheet. The headliner had some damage and there was a few small paint chips and only one key fob with the Edge. The dealership has provided touch up paint for the chips and purchased a second key fob for us. They had repairs made to the headliner, and although it doesn’t look brand new, it is acceptable and hardly noticeable. I have close to 3,000 miles after 2 months on the X-Line Prestige trim. My previous vehicle was a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek, so I wanted a vehicle that would allow me to get through some less-than-ideal roads to trailheads on the weekends, with a combination of ground clearance and AWD when needed, as well as use minimal gas (if any) on my daily commutes to the office. The vehicle handles similar to the Crosstrek, in that it is comfortable to ride in, but it does have a little more "sway" and "bounce" in the suspension when going around curves. The engine has similar pickup, even with the electric engine assist. In EV mode, it definitely does not have the aggressive acceleration that the Chevrolet Bolt has. It is fast enough to not be a merging danger on highways, but definitely feels soft. If you are in hybrid mode with the engine running, you can feel a more immediate response when pushing on the accelerator. The technology is well ahead of anything I have been involved with. The Crosstrek had eyesight safety technology, but the Sportage has much more, including very helpful blind-spot cameras. The adaptive cruise control is as good as the Crosstrek, although there is an annoying delay between when you lift your foot off the accelerator and when the vehicle takes over the acceleration. The speed drops several MPH and then picks back up, causing a rubber-band bounce feel. Unlike the Crosstrek though, the spacing between vehicles is consistent and excellent. There is so much technology that it can be initially overwhelming, so it is best to learn it as you drive over the course of a week or three. The odd choice that Kia made as to where to put the data port for your mobile is a bit annoying. There is one data port and the rest of charge-only ports, two of which are USB-C ports built into the side of the front seats, which are convenient for both front and back seat passengers. Since I use Android Auto always when driving, you have to get a very short cable to plug in to your mobile device, or it won't sit flat in the compartment. A better setup would have been built-in wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, which would allow you want lay your phone unimpeded on the charging pad that is built right under the data port. The EV-only mode has been consistently getting me around 34 miles, just enough to get me to my office parking garage where I can recharge it fully during the day. If I only use it for commuting I could basically never use the gasoline up in the tank. When you are in hybrid mode on a fast highway, don't expect to get much more than 34-36 MPG, because the vehicle is heavy riding on 19" tires. If you keep it at 60 or below, you will see the MPG shoot much higher up into the 50s. I keep it in Eco mode all the time. I did pay the extra $500 for the matte paint which makes the vehicle look great and unique, but you do have to take special precautions with it when washing the car, otherwise you it will show every nick and scrape.

I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

Purchased the car over 6 months ago. Loving it so far. Regular gas, lower insurance rates, comfort when driving 4 hours+ trips. Great gas mileage and great in the rain. No issues at all.

Our 2024 Sportage X Pro Prestige AWD suv is possibly the best suv we've ever owned. Only owned it 1 month, so really early in the ownership phase. Love the upgraded trim line's interior, the really wide display screen and the wolf gray exterior paint with the black top! Ride is very smooth and the 30.2 MPG average is very acceptable. On the highway only, get closer to 35 mpg. Recommend it to a family of 4 or less. Only downside is that it has much less pep starting out from lights; good thing we are retired and not in a big hurry! LOL

Purchased a new 2025 Santa Fe Hybrid from Joe Machen’s Hyundai in Columbia, MO. a few months ago and needed to take it to service to get mud flaps installed they ordered for me and I must say their service department is very good. Great to work with, got us in and out quickly, gave us a free car wash certificate to Country Club carwash. Their facilities are spotless, and their waiting area gives every other Hyundai Dealership something to aspire towards. Excellent dealership and everyone is so welcoming, friendly, helpful, and polite

I've owned this car for a little over 10 months now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Some of the things that could use some improvement would be road noise, speakers in the back are almost inaudible, placement of the infotainment screen is kind of odd, and maybe less plastic in the interior. As far as the engine goes and transmission, transmission runs smooth and the engine could use a little more get up and go. Of course I only have the 2.0L. The ride is pretty smooth and I don't feel too many bumps like I did in my Soul.

What a great dealership! After being mislead at another local dealership (drove 2 hours to get to this one, rhymes with tow), I called to see if another vehicle was still available. Usually you get the overly sales pitched, on top of you, annoying and usually somewhat dishonest sales person at a car dealership, not at Rusty's! You will be treated like family! Offered, drinks, snacks, a play area for kids and down right honest conversations, where you know you get a fair trade, and a quality vehicle at a price you can achieve! Brandon did nothing but process this deal quickly (which I appreciated with two young kids under five and the hubby not with me that day), honestly and openly tell me about pricing and financing options, offered us a great vehicle and made it an easy process! He even has the best marketing, leaving you lots of his fun stickers so you know who to call and who to refer, which I have been doing since buying from Brandon at Rusty's! Our finance associate was also FANTASTIC! He was quick and kind in explaining details and options and made the process easy too! To top it off, during that time, they offered our family a trip to their "candy store and ice cream" at the dealership, helping to keep my kiddos and myself happy during a process that does take a little time. After finishing things up we were gifted a nice wine bottle and some more of Brandon's personal goodies (snow scrapper, car koozies, etc.)! I have never felt more VIP at a dealership! I got mine new in 2021. I've had a few small thing that had to be repaired but nothing major. My Seltos runs well and get good mileage

I am thrilled with my new 2024 KIA Niro Lx. Even the base model comes with so many features. The MPG states 53/54 city/highway I am actually averaging 10% more! Love that!! It rides beautifully and the aesthetics are great. The Snow White Pearl is stunning and worth the extra $. One drawback is NO retractable cargo cover. The only concealment/privacy option is a "cargo shield" overpriced and flimsy but necessary.

Brought my Ram 1500 in for service. Tim Dehart was a pleasure to work with. He explained how the diagnostic process was and cost. He then followed up with a phone call explaining what was found. The best part was receiving a call the following morning saying that my truck was ready. I give the service group 5 stars..!

First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!
