My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

It's been three years since I've owned this car. First of all, the design was so cool and the interior was good. I wanted to buy it as a night fall edition at the time, but there was no vehicle. I ended up buying it as an lx trim. I'm so happy with it, and I'm planning on buying the car again with the 2025 Telluride SX X-Line. This car is absolutely great.

The Kia, Sorento HEV I bought was Mfg. Dec 2023. I Bought in early Feb 2024. I like the design, I noticed when I drive posted speed limit 65 mph., with some hills Los Angles to Riverside I am getting 41 mpg. Of course if I drive 70 mph. All I save is 5 minute's. So I prefer to pay the greedy oil companies less. The vehicle is nice, rides okay, interior is well designed, and quiet. Features are just right, however could have came with front grill camera, and seat cooler. It is a nice vehicle.

I felt comfortable with the people at Halleen right away. Barry was especially helpful and experienced.

This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

Hands down the BEST dealership around! The Solon LR/Jag dealership is 2 min from my office and where I got my last car; but after bad customer service experiences there I decided to make the drive to Westside. It is 1000% worth it! The facilities and the people are great! The real star of the show there is their finance manager Jess Schad! I have never had such a great car buying experience, and it’s all thanks to her. She made everything easy and PERFECT! Jess went completely above and beyond in customer service throughout the entire process. I was blown away by her personalized attention at every step. I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

I had a 2015 Nissan Rogue S AWD that I loved, but sadly, it was involved in a accident on January 9th, 2026, bought my car at Ron Marhofer Hyundai in 2022, it was declared a total loss, so I got a settlement payment and went looking for a car and noticed that Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Cuyahoga Falls was selling a Hyundai Kona for a decent, and I contacted my previous salesperson, Michael Baldwin, because he gave the best customer service and helped me out the best to find me a car, he was able to help me with the test drive of the 2023 Hyundai Kona I saw, was very professional and very communicative, gave me a CarFax report, it had a very minor car accident, but me and Michael, the salesperson, looked at the car and said it looks like it was very minor, taken care of and never affected the engine or the drive, the Hyundai Kona drove like a new car, like if it was never in a minor accident, he explained well on the Hyundai warranty left, explained about the extended warranty Option, and Gap insurance, and said that I would have to to talk to the finance manager, to do all the signing and see if I can get any lower on the price or deal on the extended warranty after the Hyundai warranty expires, which still had 5 years or 100,000 mile warranty left and I was very appreciative of Michael Baldwin's help, the Finance person was a different story, he wasn't able to lower the price of the vehicle and should have since they were selling the car at a high Kelly Blue Book asking price, even with minor damage reported, but was repaired, by previous owner, which he should have lower the price by $1,000, but didn't, but gave me a discount on yhe extended warranty and Gap insurance, so, I g a ve Michael Baldwin a A+ for a great job of his part and a C+ for the Finance person who I dealt with to sign for the car, he did give me a good interest rate, I highly recommend talking to Michael Baldwin if you want to look at a car at Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Cuyahoga Falls, he's the best!🚙👍☺️

With the removal of the V6, I was very hesitant with the 2.5l Turbo. While there is a "tinny" feeling when you first accelerate, the turbo quickly kicks in and you forget all about the 4 cylinders. This car is quick, stylish, and a great value for the money. I have owned several Sorentos, and the X-Line is by far my favorite.

6cyl has good power and acceleration. Sun roof motor failed on me even though I barely used it. Costly to replace. Oil pressure switch failed on me. About a $30 part but $1400 to replace because it’s difficult and time consuming to replace. Third seat not really usable but I only needed the space for hauling. Overall a decent vehicle.

Todd Roske made the process go very smoothly. I?d recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. He was efficient and empathetic and worked well with our two children inside the store. We will be returning customers to this dealership because of him.

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

The staff here is outstanding—warm, welcoming, and highly professional. I came in for a recall repair and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. To my surprise, they even washed my car, which was such a thoughtful touch! Scheduling and check-in were quick and effortless, and despite being in the middle of renovations, the team handled everything with impressive efficiency. Truly a top-notch experience!

Loved the car until it was recalled due to engine problem. We had to stop driving our new car and leave at the dealership with no timeline as to when the engine would be replaced! We are now driving a rental car until an engine arrives from Korea and our engine is replaced. We are hoping it will happen soon.

I purchased a new 2020 Giulia QF online with no hiccups and with excellent service. The salesman was great as was his manager, and the process was seamless. I would buy here again.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

Kelly Buchner kept me up to date on on repairs and even got me a ride home, when a part delivery was delayed.

Went to Vandevere Kia and met David Sabitina, showed us a couple of trim packages and my wife fell in love with the Telluride Xline. David is very knowledgeable and would recommend going to see him.

The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! I have the Telluride EX X-Line AWD model and I am very happy with it so far. The seats are comfortable but very firm. I hate the black rims that disappear from sight when you get more than 15' from the vehicle. Should have an option for a two tone rim that looks good from a distance. Peppy engine, nice ride, loads of features; all around it's a nice vehicle that I am quite happy with.

Great car and the more I drive it, the more I love it. You get a ton of value but at 40k, the SX line needs a better sounds system.
