While we had to drive 1.5 hours to Morgantown from Pittsburgh, it was well worth the service and price. Tyler helped organize the deal how we needed it, put together documentation, and answered our questions all before we ever went in person. We spent a lot of time on the phone and texting to get everything sorted out and they even found the exact Crosstrek, trim, option package, and color we wanted and brought it to the lot just for us. Subaru offered a great financing deal on a new vehicle which helped us move from a used car to new car, but zero pressure from the dealer to do this. We never felt pressure and never pushed to take their existing inventory, compromise, or up-sold. Distinctly different environment than other dealerships that I've visited, the Subaru team here are truly working to get people the best vehicle for them at the best price possible and they seem like a big family. Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

6cyl has good power and acceleration. Sun roof motor failed on me even though I barely used it. Costly to replace. Oil pressure switch failed on me. About a $30 part but $1400 to replace because it’s difficult and time consuming to replace. Third seat not really usable but I only needed the space for hauling. Overall a decent vehicle.

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

I have had pickups since 1973. My sister bought a Seltos 2 years ago and loved it. I bought one and cannot complain. It’s a 4 cyl so don’t expect to burn rubber but it will get you any place you want to go. Very happy so far…

Excellent car ,no problems with 33 K miles. Rides quite and very solid. Interior seems to be top quality material. Radio is nice and great sound. No chips on exterior paint. Tires are exceptional. I hit some large holes in the roads and the tires are fine. Car has nice little features like dual sliding roof. There are other features like 4 different driving modes, lighted door handles on outside. There are other things. I will keep this for 2 more years.

The staff was very friendly and not pushy. I started conversation online, then worked with guys at the lot. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

I narrowed my search down to a Kia K5. I loved the aggressive looks, tech package, fuel economy, and price. I settled on the K5 I looked around all of northeast Ohio Kia dealerships. I shopped at Kia of Bedford, Spitzer Kia Cleveland, Haleen Kia, Montrose Kia, Kia of Streetsboro, and Ken Ganley Kia. All of them charged anywhere from a couple of thousand to five thousand dollars over MSRP. Most of the MSRP were non-negotiable or they started with a much higher price than I was comfortable with. I searched for another couple of months. I lurked around Reddit's Kia subreddit. I was lucky to find a Reddit post from EJ. He was advertising no markup, MSRP Kia’s from Freedom Kia. I saw E.J. posted in a Kia subreddit about no mark up sales. I contacted E.J. and thought it was too good to be true. I was hesitant. I thought they might be selling at MSRP but they would require other items or the finance office would rake me over other items. Sorry for sounding hesitant when it comes to car dealers. I just heard so many horror stories. The more I talked to E.J. the more I felt comfortable. He was upbeat, genuine, helpful, and on the spot with communications. I asked E.J. how Freedom Kia operated and he said cars are sold MSRP. No haggle pricing. There are options his dealer offers but they are all optional and never aggressively pushed. All the Cleveland dealers I dealt with said there was no way I could factory order a K5 or any car. They also blamed the chip shortage, which I highly doubted in late 2022. Cleveland Kia dealers said I had to take what was on the lot or wait for one that is close to my criteria. I was willing to drive three hours away to do business with Freedom Kia if they sold cars at MSRP and had no pressure sales. E.J. walked me through the easy process of factory ordering my 2023 Kia K5 EX in sapphire blue. The car I want, in the color I wished, and added items to make it more personalized to suit my needs. E.J. was on the spot when it came to communicating the dealer needs, transactions, and updates. He emailed me vehicle production updates. E.J. notified me when the car arrived. He took pictures for me. He took the time to explain the bells and whistles. If he didn’t know an item he got back to me and answered my questions. I couldn’t believe that I was buying a car at MSRP. He laid out all the costs associated. He explained again the three optional accessories. He emphasized, they were completely optional and did not pressure me at all. I signed all the paperwork and it was a breeze! They didn’t stick on any dealer logos. Another great plus. When it came to financing I was worried but Lee Cochran, Finance Manager, was super helpful. Great redesign. Much roomier interior. I have the gas hybrid and gas mileage is great. The only complaint I have is the middle console. The material used scratches easily and shows fingerprints as well.

Kia has never been a disappointment! I got my first new car there and will never want to go elsewhere! Prices are very fair and they will do whatever they can to get you into something nice and dependable. Awesome warranties (which was my biggest concern and what sold me on choosing Kia), very helpful and patient staff, clean waiting area with phone charging stations and kids play area, complimentary snacks and drinks provided.. been with them for a few years now and have never been disappointed!

THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

Put 38,000 miles on in two yrs. No issues at all. Get 30 mpg in city, and 42 on the road on a 2.5 191 hp. Engine.

We purchased the 2022 Telluride Prestige Nightfall for our family car. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend this vehicle based on looks, practicality, space, and reliability.

I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

I had been driving a Kia Soul and loved it. I didn’t like giving it up at 150,000 miles but it was paid off and I was needing something new. My wife talked me into the Seltos. I drive over 100 miles each day and really like the gas mileage and performance. But, the best thing is that I can count on it being reliable. I would recommend a Kia to anyone,

We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.
