My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

I realized today at my service visit that I have been buying and servicing vehicles here for 7 years. It doesn?t feel good that long but I can honestly say I have enjoyed working with them for this long. There have been lots of changes to the team and only for the good. I enjoy the ride in my Sorrento . This one is loaded and still learning ! I am only 4 11’, The seats I have are designed for a taller person .. so more options to fit a short stature person would be great . But I love my car …receive a-lot of compliments.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Sales person, Lucia, zeroed in on my needs if I were to purchase now rather than yr from now at end of my lease. They had seven autos that met the reasons to get serious about purchasing now. As this was a high end loaner there were a number of items that needed updating and every one necessary got involved up to the General Manager overseeing the process. This is my 9th different dealership in the last 25+ yrs involving higher end auto sales and Mac Haik is second to none.

We bought a 2025 Rav4 for my wife, a car she had saved up for over a number of years. It is our cross country vehicle for our retirement road trips. This process took about a year, we considered several makes and models from several dealerships, and ONLY Damian and Cedar Park Toyota stayed in touch over that timeframe. Being a retired salesman, I was very impressed with the job Damian did. He was a true professional in every aspect. I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

Bought in September 2019, before the pandemic and before the chip shortage for $25900.00 . Now have 65700 miles with no trouble. If you want a reasonable reliable SUV this is it. American made in West Point , GA. Built by non union workers so you will not get the junk the United Auto Workers Union builds. Always use synthetic oil, change every 8-10 thousand miles. Yokohama tires it came with only lasted 40,000 miles. Have Cooper tires on all my autos now, great wearing tires.

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

We purchased the 2022 Telluride Prestige Nightfall for our family car. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend this vehicle based on looks, practicality, space, and reliability.

I normally don’t write reviews but my family had such a great experience here that I feel I needed to tell everyone about it. We were shopping for a new Maverick truck in San Antonio (Northside Ford) area, they were advertising it as 36,000 but of course as we sat down somehow the price was hike up to 48,000 with taxes and etc….. and we went ahead and walk away discouraged. A friend suggested we give Leif a call because of a previous great experience he had, and sure enough after traveling over a 100 miles to get to Austin we bought the exact same truck $10,000 less! In my opinion well worth the extra drive, and not once did I feel we were getting ripped off!

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

It's been three years since I've owned this car. First of all, the design was so cool and the interior was good. I wanted to buy it as a night fall edition at the time, but there was no vehicle. I ended up buying it as an lx trim. I'm so happy with it, and I'm planning on buying the car again with the 2025 Telluride SX X-Line. This car is absolutely great.

I bought mine new in June. I now have 28000 miles in March. The steering assist is a game changer on 10-12 hour drives. The car is effortlessly fast , drives easy, and I like the maps and compass.

2017 KIA Sorento , I love my SUV! I’ve had an issues at all until 2024. I had to have an oil pan leak. Also, Rear Bearing sensor. Other than that regular stuff such as tires windshield wiper, ect The vehicle was a year old and a one person owner when I purchased it

He and management agreed to take my deposit, pending my arrival in Texas from California later in the month! I'm looking forward to getting there and completing the purchase! Nice team at Georgetown Subaru! Thank you, particularly Jason! Also, knowing the Subaru had been looked over and problems fixed from a Subaru dealer was a big plus for my comfort level.

With the removal of the V6, I was very hesitant with the 2.5l Turbo. While there is a "tinny" feeling when you first accelerate, the turbo quickly kicks in and you forget all about the 4 cylinders. This car is quick, stylish, and a great value for the money. I have owned several Sorentos, and the X-Line is by far my favorite.

Recently had my car serviced at the new Hill Country store and it is beautiful! Quick and efficient service. Very glad to have a store so close by!

Loved the car until it was recalled due to engine problem. We had to stop driving our new car and leave at the dealership with no timeline as to when the engine would be replaced! We are now driving a rental car until an engine arrives from Korea and our engine is replaced. We are hoping it will happen soon.

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

Thought I was in love with my 2017 Kia Sedona, until I got my Kia Telluride SX now I’m head over heels😊smooth ride , great sound system, quiet cabin, decent gas mileage and very stylish. The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

Owned a 2015 Sorrento since 2018. It's a great SUV, very comfortable and smooth quiet ride. Lots of power (v6). No issues only routine maintenance.

Great car, overloaded with ‘gadgets) I’m still learning about. Good mileage. No problems have had it 15 months. Model SX5. Liking the mode switch for different driving conditions, good in snow. Don’t like some features ( lane keeping assist etc but they can be turned off). MPG varies from 23 to 35 depending on type of road etc.

Trouble with oil pan leaking.Apparently a number of persons have had the same problem.Lots of oil pans in stock locally,no problem to find one.Seems as though this is a known problem.But the problem is blamed on the local garages.Dealer says the local garages tightens the plug too much.Anyone else out there with same problem?
