Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Fred Anderson Kia of Greer. They were all so nice! We researched SUVs for months and finally decided on a Telluride. We called dealerships across several states looking for a good price with the color we wanted. They were so polite, returned our calls when they said they would and were straightforward in discussing the price. We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

Very quick service visit which was straightforward and quick. Work was completed in a shorter time than they initially anticipated.

6cyl has good power and acceleration. Sun roof motor failed on me even though I barely used it. Costly to replace. Oil pressure switch failed on me. About a $30 part but $1400 to replace because it’s difficult and time consuming to replace. Third seat not really usable but I only needed the space for hauling. Overall a decent vehicle.

THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

Professional Driver says ---amazing engine performance in the SX. V-6 able to tow 5000 lbs. Eight extra gears on the handle shifter. Super bonus for driving the mountains and beach. Fun, fast and responsive handling. Roomy enough to haul furniture and heavy items. Comfortable for everyone on long haul family trips. Dealer maintenance cost is the lowest that I have ever had on any vehicle. Not a jaw dropping looking SUV but the interior ammenties will make you forget about that.

Had bought other vehicles from a Benson dealership just not a Ford. When my King Ranch F150 was built and delivered to the dealership I was in my winter home in southern MS. My Benson contact Derick explored every method possible to effect delivery. Even when I elected to fly up to get it I was offered a pick up from the airport 20 miles away! Absolutely love our Kia Sorento EX V6 AWD 2020. We've owned it for 3 years and it has 46K on it. Regular oil changes and just did brakes, and that's it! With all the bells and whistles I got with my trim, panoramic sunroof, adaptive cruise control, Lane assist, blind spot monitoring, auto lift trunk gate..i would have paid 5-8K more to get into a Toyota Hylander or Honda Pilot. With best in class warranty, I'll take my chances. Plus the suv drives so smooth, like a car, tons of pick up. Really shocked to see the latest reveiws aren't great on the sorento, but honestly I think it's their 4 cylinder engine that's the issue, their 6 cylinders have been excellent, stick with the better trims

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

I have had to replace the battery twice since New one I don't know why but the warranty and extended gold warranty have got me covered until 130k miles so I feel good. Recalls easily handled for Free at the dealership so no big deal very happy. Hope to still be happy ten years from now when my kid is driving to high school in it.

2017 KIA Sorento , I love my SUV! I’ve had an issues at all until 2024. I had to have an oil pan leak. Also, Rear Bearing sensor. Other than that regular stuff such as tires windshield wiper, ect The vehicle was a year old and a one person owner when I purchased it

My 2019 sorento has been a strong performer with no problems at all. Spacious, comfortable and very dependable. Very happy with this SUV Engine is strong, excellent value

This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

I've owned this car for a little over 10 months now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Some of the things that could use some improvement would be road noise, speakers in the back are almost inaudible, placement of the infotainment screen is kind of odd, and maybe less plastic in the interior. As far as the engine goes and transmission, transmission runs smooth and the engine could use a little more get up and go. Of course I only have the 2.0L. The ride is pretty smooth and I don't feel too many bumps like I did in my Soul.

My agent Brad is the best. Very informative about the car and did not push model. I took two days to decide and found the experience of buying a new car great.

I love mine. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a sporty looking SUV. Not a rocket ship, but good fun transportation. Fun to drive.

The features of sxp trim model is an exceptional value for the price. The interior space for a 6’3” person like myself is very comfortable, both leg and head space. Drive is very smooth for a compact SUV. Front windshield design provides great visibility. Seats are comfortable and provide excellent support. Good acceleration for its class. It’s not designed to be a sports car. The vehicle style and the Vesta Blue color is eye catching. I’ve only owned the vehicle for a week, money well spent if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Just pick the right dealership from which to buy. Do your due diligence and enjoy the ride.

Friendly staff, great selection. Purchased a 2021 Tacoma in Voodoo Blue, hard to find color. Made it easy and I got a fair deal. I dealt with Daniel Black (General Manager) and he was friendly, direct, and been there a long time. Was out of there quick too

I like some of the things they put on the car . But it just a little to small for me and my family. We have five people in the house one with a car seat and I know it's not comfortable the other two because the car seat take up some of the room
