This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

I recently wrote a review indicating I was upset with my experience of purchasing a used 2017 Buick Encore .. the day after my purchase the engine light came on and I was informed the car had a turbo problem and a cracked manifold. The GMC warranty I purchased from Betten would not cover my claim because they felt it was a pre-existing condition…I contacted Robb who sold me the vehicle and Tony the manager explaining what the situation was… they were both very cooperative and helpful in handing my concern and did everything they could to rectify the predicament..they clearly understood my frustration..disagreeing with GWC stating that when the car was approved there was no pre existing damage..As of now Tony is repairing my SUV at no cost to me, which I greatly appreciate…it’s a comforting feeling to know there are still people out there who really care… thanks Tony and Robb!

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

I’ve had my 2020 Telluride for almost a year now. Thought I was in love with my 2017 Kia Sedona, until I got my Kia Telluride SX now I’m head over heels😊smooth ride , great sound system, quiet cabin, decent gas mileage and very stylish. There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Great car, overloaded with ‘gadgets) I’m still learning about. Good mileage. No problems have had it 15 months. Model SX5. Liking the mode switch for different driving conditions, good in snow. Don’t like some features ( lane keeping assist etc but they can be turned off). MPG varies from 23 to 35 depending on type of road etc.

6cyl has good power and acceleration. Sun roof motor failed on me even though I barely used it. Costly to replace. Oil pressure switch failed on me. About a $30 part but $1400 to replace because it’s difficult and time consuming to replace. Third seat not really usable but I only needed the space for hauling. Overall a decent vehicle.

Great car, I have not seen another on the road, but extremely efficient and comfortable. Plenty of room inside for trips to the hardware store. Love it!

Brad worked with us providing valuable information and insight into what makes and models might best meet our needs. Took plenty of time, allowing us to test drive several cars. His input made all the difference in our final purchase decision which was at another dealer. But if he would have had the right car for us we would have closed the deal then and there! Bought a used 2019 Subaru from this dealership and could not be more pleased with the service, the ease of financing and selection. The car had just been put into inventory and had a few wrinkles to iron out. Betten Baker did all they promised they would do in prepping the car and making sure I was getting a quality product. Salesman Gage even delivered the car to our home when the service department finished with the final product.

Style, comfort, safety and performance - great vehicle. Receive many compliments on the vehicle, but safety and performance are even more important. Great vehicle for the price.

I like some of the things they put on the car . But it just a little to small for me and my family. We have five people in the house one with a car seat and I know it's not comfortable the other two because the car seat take up some of the room

We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! Thank you, Kia!!!! It was scary, and I could tell our car noticed the sudden stop before we did!! Thank-you!!

Great redesign. Much roomier interior. I have the gas hybrid and gas mileage is great. The only complaint I have is the middle console. The material used scratches easily and shows fingerprints as well.
