I had an outstanding experience with Nova Autoland and can’t recommend them enough. I purchased a 2004 Toyota Tacoma from them and had it shipped all the way to Ohio, and the entire process exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Buying a vehicle sight-unseen can be stressful, but Nova Autoland made it incredibly smooth and reassuring. The truck arrived even better than it was in the pictures and description. Honestly, I was prepared for at least a few surprises, but instead I was pleasantly shocked by how clean, well-maintained, and solid the Tacoma was. It was exactly as advertised—if not better. Good Experience
The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

Our 2015 2.
Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.
