Always impressed by the attitudes from the reps here.
2017 Kia Soul review
I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

I never talked to them , but they did call me when I wasn't available. There was no follow up on either side.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

Sandy Sansing Nissan review
I had absolutely the best experience dealing with Delarian Mccorvey he went far and beyond to accommodate our needs while maintaining his hospitality and his great communication skills very punctual, very respectful and very resourceful. If you’re looking for something he is the guy he took care of us in a matter of two days after driving for two hours to retrieve a truck that we ultimately decided against but within minutes, he was able to find something else that matched our needs I 100% recommend him for any of your needs at the Sandy Sanson Nissan dealership in Pensacola, Florida
2010 Kia Soul review
I bought a rarity - a used 96k miles Soul with a manual transmission and a sunroof. Kia didn't make that combination as a rule, but I bought their Special Edition. It is so easy, comfortable and pleasurable to drive. The cargo space is generous. Underneath it is an organizer toolbox - also generous. Shifting is a breeze.

I like the no hassle and no pressure selling and pricing model. Good customer service and the salesperson was fairly knowledgeable. We were able to test drive two cars in less than 30 minutes.
2015 Kia Soul review
Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.
