I bought my 2012 Cadillac Sedan and really love it, But...I am not happy that the auto start remote doesn't work and when I called to have it replaced, I found out that it will cost me over $200 to replace it because it doesn't work with batteries, it has a chip in it. I dont have the extra money to replace it at this time.

After much thought and debate, I finally decided it was time to buy a new truck. After getting past the sticker shock of a new 1500 truck, which is which is what I paid for my new 3500 Diesel in 2007 (still own it), I settled in for my purchasing experience. I looked for months......and after seeing the 2019's I was absolutely sure that I wanted a 2018! I had heard that Rachel Deacon had moved from service back to sales. My mom had purchased an Equinox at KMC with Rachel as the salesperson and it was a very good experience! I knew that IF I was going to buy a new truck, I wanted Rachel as my salesperson. My wife and I came in on Black Friday and drove a 2018 GMC Sierra and loved it. I debated a few days and we finally bought it a few days later.....making it our 5th new GM Vehicle purchase over the years. It was a very pleasant, no pressure buying experience.
