Bentley Indianapolis review
Started my trade-in with another dealership that my wife and I disappointedly walked away from. We noticed a Mercedes at Bentley down the street from the other dealership and called and spoke with Ihsan. We laid out what we were looking for on our trade in and Ihsan was able to work within reason on getting us close to what we wanted, with no hassle or games that some experience. The presentation of the car for the test drive was excellent, the communication was great, and the sales process was a smooth and pressure free as a buyer could ask for. Audi Henderson review
My favorite part of owning my Audi is coming for service and visiting my Sales Rep Joe Sirna and Service Rep Cedric Daniels! I’m always greeted by Ernett (who is the nicest man in the whole world). Cedric always makes sure my car is nice and clean and Joe always greets me at the coffee machine to see how I am. They treat me like family and that’s why I’ll always come back. Out of state buyer and had a great experience with Devin at Mark Motors. Bought a 458 Italia with A customer service. Price wasn't over inflated and was just right. When the car was delivered to me, there was a small curb rash on one of the wheel and a missing 2nd key, but Devin took care of that for me without question.
