Ian went out his way to help in getting the initial Tesla App account setup on the spot and helped me to contact the Tesla service center to make sure I can get charging during the long return drive. I purchased a high end vehicle from Illusso and the sales manager, Todd, was wonderful. I appreciate integrity and straight shooters. At every step of the way, Todd and Illusso backed up everything they said and always followed through. They are definitely different from the typical car seller reputation. Although I love my car, when it's time to sell, and when it's time for another, I will most definitely contact Illusso first, and I will do so, hoping that Todd is still there. What a refreshing experience in this day and age when integrity isn't nearly as valued as it could be.

I spoke to Ken the Sales Manager and Tom the General Manager. They gave me a good price for my 08 Spyder Gallardo as a trade and I was very happy with my Purchase. I wanted to have a few things done to the Huracan and they started doing the things I requested as we were doing the paper work. They needed another day to finish working on my car so, Ken the Sales Manager, gave me a brand new URUS to drive back to Cape Coral which is about 200 miles away! ----- In conclusion: Ken Milordis the Sales Manager was very professional and accommodating. Tom Prowzick the General Manager was very helpful was there for the entire process. He introduced me all of the Managers there and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this Dealership to my close friends and family. This is how a customer should be treated when you buy this type of Vehicle!
