Wow! Second vehicle purchased from Audi Henderson. Same salesman/salesfriend, Mr Ben Ward. Simply put: Product knowledge 10, Attention to detail/us 10, No slick talk 10, Ben Ward, "i need a new car same model as before. Gave me choices an we picked one. Ben Ward, "ok, I will put some #'s together". My number is ### per month. Ben, "ok i will see you in the morning" side note this was Friday late in front of my home with the vehicle in question. OK Ben see you then. Sat morning wife's new A3 sitting amongst a few Lambos ready to go. Finance time, monthly payment is, wait for it.. Exactly what I expressed i needed it to be! I expected different. Mr. Ben Ward no nonsense professional. We enjoyed the experience of adding a new car payment to our account even when we didn't want to do such a thing. Another story. Side Note, we decided to test drive the car this time. We did so with full confidence it would not be eventful and it wasn't. btw The test drive took longer then anyother part of the buying process. Travelling from Colorado Springs, we hoped the buying process would be very easy/fast, and it was. I would highly recommend buying a car from Paul. Ilusso review
I purchased a high end vehicle from Illusso and the sales manager, Todd, was wonderful. I appreciate integrity and straight shooters. At every step of the way, Todd and Illusso backed up everything they said and always followed through. They are definitely different from the typical car seller reputation. Although I love my car, when it's time to sell, and when it's time for another, I will most definitely contact Illusso first, and I will do so, hoping that Todd is still there. What a refreshing experience in this day and age when integrity isn't nearly as valued as it could be.
