The Salesman Will was amazing and where else can you get concierge service like this, the managing partner drove me back home to grab my title and when I brought up a prior deal issue over a deposit on a vehicle he actually listened and took care of it. I can tell you that the changes at Falcon Motor Group are on point. The owners care and will keep buying cars there. Will walked me through the Bentley Speed over and over, no pressure sales and after extensive driving I realized it was the car for me. Two Lamborghinis and a Bentley from Falcon and I can tell you I feel better today about buying a fourth. They are Stand Up people and surely stand out in the crowd. I have been searching for an Audi R8 with a manual transmission for over a year. I found one on Florida performance cars website and got a hold of them. They not only took my 370 Z in on trade they arranged for its pick up in South Dakota and delivered my Audi to me at my home. Then after I got my Audi I discovered a small leak in the coolant line. Without blinking an eye they offered to pay for it. I took it to my local shop got it repaired and sent the bill to them. Jeff who is the owner is wonderful and awesome! And so is Natalia his office manager! I would recommend these people in a heartbeat and will be buying more from them.

Contacted this dealership about a Buick Lacrosse was paired with salesman Nubar.
