I had such a positive experience with Car Connection last week as they assisted me in trading in my old car and purchasing a new one! The owners son, Michael (MJ) & Quin made the process unbelievably seamless and provided me with so much care, information, and feedback. The overall service from start to finish was unmatched and I walked out feeling taken care of & happy. When trading in my old car, a 2017 Ford Edge, they offered to match the price that the Ford dealership had offered me for it. This took out so much of the hassle and really demonstrated how much Car Connection cares for their customers & relationships. While buying my new car, a Volvo XC90, MJ & Quin were extremely diligent in getting me all the information I needed. They were both very knowledgeable about the car and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. They both made me feel very confident in my purchase and all-in-all provided me with a high-quality, personalized experience. When I came to pick up the car, they had it ready to go with a big red bow on top - which brought the biggest smile to my face. Again, this shows how much Car Connection cares about their clients. I truly cannot boast more about this company & how great of an experience I had with my car purchase. We drove from Greenville SC to visit this dealership. I brought my 15yo son and his best friend. They are both serious gear heads. The dealership is quite beautiful and very impressive! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted so kindly and felt very welcomed! The boys took 1000 photos🤪 and they were in awe of the variety of cars here!! I am now sitting in a beautiful lounge as the boys continue to walk around. Highly recommend!!

To begin with my daughter experienced, her sale associate Was Mr Joe he was very helpful and had a lot of patience with her during the process of her getting her dream vehicle , he never fail to answer any of her questions , he was always available and ready to help her with anything she needed in order for her to purchase her dream vehicle .the staff were very nice the environment was very clean and you just felt comfortable and welcomed by everyone there .From my daughter and I would say Mr Joe is the best and we thank you for the help .

An eye-catching Lambo can be an issue during these times of "share the wealth". It was a little more of an ego-boost when people would simply ooh and ahh instead of trying to grab a piece of your pie. Still, it's a wonderful mode of transpo within our gated community or off-roading in Beverly Hills.

Mark -----, the service manager at Desert Motors, was very good, much better than your SM for my Carrera in 2004. Although $920 now for a 20,000-mile service on my 2016 Macan seemed (close to) exorbitant. I plan to send work list to a family friend who worked at a Porsche dealer. Outside temp gauge for SUV is laughably bad and mine corresponds with what other owners say. I also have suspected that ambient temperatures in Deutschland may be a factor, which makes little sense, but Macan owners do wonder why there is still no fix. If temperature gauge is only problem with a Macan, then I am well satisfied, and the car is definitely a joy to drive. Thank you,
