An eye-catching Lambo can be an issue during these times of "share the wealth". It was a little more of an ego-boost when people would simply ooh and ahh instead of trying to grab a piece of your pie. Still, it's a wonderful mode of transpo within our gated community or off-roading in Beverly Hills.

A lot of the times, the car purchasing process can be dreadful. I am more than grateful to say this time was not one of those! I called before heading over to make sure the car I was interested in was still available. I had the pleasure of speaking with BiBi (Bibiana), who conformed it was, and was able to answer a few questions due to me being cautious. The purchasing process was very smooth, mainly because of BiBi's honesty and transparency. Bibi took my offer over to Shaun who was just as awesome. He wasted no time getting it approved, and most importantly didn't try to sneak any extra charges in. Once the deal was approved, I was directed to Shannon's office in finance, to finalize everything. She was just as polite and curious, and had me out in my new (preowned) vehicle without delay. I mostly appreciate the honesty and transparency of all the staff there. I will gladly give this deanship future business.

My favorite part of owning my Audi is coming for service and visiting my Sales Rep Joe Sirna and Service Rep Cedric Daniels! I’m always greeted by Ernett (who is the nicest man in the whole world). Cedric always makes sure my car is nice and clean and Joe always greets me at the coffee machine to see how I am. They treat me like family and that’s why I’ll always come back. I recently brought my 458 Italia in for its annual service and to have a few modifications made and a Carbon Fiber Air Box Cover installed. My service advisor was Sebastian Vollaerts. Sebastian has always been the consummate professional throughout the years I've been bring my cars in for service. This time was no exception. I also wanted to give a huge thanks to Derek Sabedra; the Ferrari Technician that did the work on my 458. He did a fantastic job installing my exhaust valve bypass controller and air box cover. Both Sebastian and Derek went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied on all the services performed.

The best Car I ever owned. The Urus is better then the Aventador(which I owned). Great torque, smooth ride, Has every toy you would want.
