Since I was seeking a rare used car, I bought this car online with only a FaceTime view ( I had test driven one prior but missed out on buying it). Agent Jaydon was very helpful throughout the process, reassuring this anxious buyer, assisting in financing and arranging to ship the car. Still awaiting the closing details, but so far am very pleased ( and I told the sales manager so).

I bought a Defender 90 P400 when I got tired of waiting for a Bronco and couldn't be happier. As soon as I got it I went on a 3000 mile cross country trip including a stop in Texas for hunting where it traversed rocky and steep trails as well as hauling game. It did everything without a hitch and has been rock solid. So much quieter and more comfortable than the Bronco, and probably 80% as capable offroad. Will cruise all day in quiet at 90 even with off road tires. My favorite car purchase and that includes Lexus, Corvette, BMW M5/M240, GMC Denali, Ford Platinum. Waited 8 months but worth it.

They were helpful and gave plenty of information about their products. Would buy from them.

I can’t say enough good things about this car. It has far exceeded my expectations. It was definitely worth the wait from the design process to having it made specifically to my taste. It is a mix of cool, luxury and speed.

I owed an LR4 previous to this car. The Defender does not have the cargo space or the leg room in the third row the LR4 had. I skipped the third row option in this car. Without the extra leg room the LR4 had, it isn’t practical. Discovery doesn’t have the third row leg room or cargo space the LR4 had either. The Defender could use a third cup holder in the second row. LR4 had more cup holders. Otherwise, love it!!!

I haven't bought a car yet. I was treated like a priority customer. Mr. Isaac Song patiently listened and took notes for what I was looking for. He suggested I test drive a few vehicles. He said you might find a vehicle that meets your needs that you didn't know even existed. He took the time and I will be back to look at some more vehicles.

Went to Moncaco Ford for service - brake inspection. Mickki did great job at get my Escape SUV serviced. Needed rear brakes.

Exceptional service from our Salesman James Wolfe. James called a few months before my lease ended and I wasn?t ready to discuss a new car yet. He patiently waited until the following month and followed up again. No pressure just a reminder that my lease was ending and he was happy to help. I appreciated this call and we met with James that weekend. From the moment we met James the entire process was seamless and at the end we both said do the first time in 30 years of buying cars we had exceptional service.

It was a very good experience, salesman Randy was very efficient, answered our questions and we were in and out in reasonable time. Randy was very knowledgeable he was not a pushy salesman.
