Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

I have had a couple warranty-covered issues with my otherwise-wonderful 2018 Pacifica. At J-Star, there was no hassle and they even noticed another warranty-covered item and took care of it for me.

About 2 years ago my wife and I came to this dealership just to look around. We weren’t planning on getting helped by anyone since we’ve had bad experiences at other dealerships (Freeway Honda/Nissan Garden Grove). We originally came looking for an Elantra N but had no luck. That’s when we met Eddie, our salesman. He introduced us to the Kona N — I loved it right away, and after a test drive, my wife loved it so much that it became her car! Fast forward 2 years later, I was in the market for a car myself. I was considering a Type R, but at $60K with no room for negotiation, it didn’t make sense. My wife suggested reaching out to Eddie to see if there were any 2025 Elantra Ns available. Sure enough, he told us there were two. We came back, saw the facelift, and loved it. When we sat down to talk numbers, Juan (the Sales Manager) actually remembered us and since we had also recently brought my mother-in-law in to buy a Palisade, they once again took great care of us. With Eddie and Juan’s help, I left that day with my new Elantra N. Eddie, your customer service is top notch you went above and beyond for us both times. And Juan, thank you again for being such a helpful and honest Sales Manager. This is the kind of experience that keeps us coming back. I highly recommend this dealership, Eddie, and Sales Manager Juan to anyone looking for not just a new car, but a great car-buying experience.
