I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

I drive my Defender when I want the capability of my Jeep Rubicon but when I want luxury and comfort. The P400 engine packs a punch. I own the LWB model 130 and even with its size, it maneuvers about with ease. The ride is quiet and smooth but shifts into a rugged off-roader. The simplistic interior and lack of carpet is a WIN and must have for an off road vehicle. Love the larger 11” responsive screen. I also love the option to delete the 3rd row seat.

I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. This dealership is very impressive. I visited to see a certified Land Rover. Despite that I did not purchase the vehicle, I was treated with respect and allowed a test drive. While the dealership is great, Jacob Agin is what makes it greater. He answered all my questions and followed up with me. They didn't have the vehicle I was looking for and I bought one elsewhere, but I will take it to service to NLI. Thanks Jacob for your understanding for my needs.

Always a positive experience. I am offered transportation home or to other location, if needed. My service advisor is attentive, accessible and updates me on status of car repair. His recommendations are clear and will tell me if needed at time of service or if may be done in the near future. I do to feel like he is trying to upsell anything.

My oil light came on and I dropped in to have the car (2019 Subaru Legacy) looked at (did not have an appointment) was so happy to see Vitaliy Khlebnikov was still at this location.
