I had amazing Fast Pace experience even though it took me 3 days to get my car due to My inability to provide the documents they needed.however going on the lot getting pre-approved over the phone walking in and walking out with my vehicle was the easiest process I've ever faced. What a spectacular experience. I usually buy used cars, but went ahead and purchased a new 2023 Q8 Prestige. The ONLY person to work with here is Ahamed Eboo. He is wise, professional, transparent, and listens to each and every one of your wants and needs. This level of professionalism has, for the most part, dried up in the car business, not with him and not with Audi of Marietta. This place is very modern and amazing. Before the purchase he guided us every step of the way. Then upon arrival of our 2023 Q8, we went to the dealership and he made the purchase 1000% pain free. I would buy again when I am ready. He sits in the car with you for 45+ min and shows you each feature. Which you usually take 6-12 months to discover by yourself. After a few months of looking elsewhere I eventually ended up returning to Mazda Mall of GA where I then worked with Robert. His upfront-ness and humor made the process very pleasant. He went above and beyond to get me a good deal and was very helpful throughout the purchase and after. I would definitely recommend him also. Once I settled on a car, I got the pleasure of working with Tyler who was super nice and joy to work with. He made the paperwork, that would normally be exhausting, quite enjoyable. My experience was so pleasant that my grandmother decided to buy a car from here as well. She also worked with Robert and he was just as helpful to her.
