He has the ability to listen and hear so that after asking some questions and establishing what our needs and wants were in a vehicle he was able to show us the cars we would be most interested in and demonstrate the features and benefits of each. All good,until after sales. No follow up with questions asked about vehicle. Spoke to sales person and emailed her with absolutely no answers to my questions, even though I provided the documentation she had called me about. Frustrating and now I have to wait to see a manager once these snow storms clear and eats into my 90 day warranty.

Service was prompt and done well. I?d always bring my Jag here for service And buy a new one (if they ever come out!!!)

Benjamin went above and beyond for my long distance purchase from southern New England. He accommodated all my requests by completely inspecting the car and providing additional pictures down to microscopic details. When we arrived we were pleasantly pleased with the accuracy and description of the vehicle which met our expectations. I highly recommend Benjamin for ease of transaction and the dealership for a pleasant experience for our used car purchase.

I had such a good experience with these folks. I had made an appointment to test drive one car and got a call the evening before telling me that the car had been sold - disappointing but not nearly as much had I driven 25 miles to find out. Later that evening Ivo Petrov called me back to tell me about another car that had just come in. We went the next morning for my wife to fall in love with it. Ivo was great and guiding us through the purchase and delivery. He was totally straightforward with us and a delight to work with. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was professional and personable. A great experience.

Anthony and the rest of the service team and parts department are very nice ., not like the terrible service staff in Paramus who only treat you well if you have recently purchased the latest and greatest there, even though I have purchased 5 vehicles from Paramus dealership in the past 30 years. And, even though I live right by Paramus Prestige Land Rover, I rather drive over a ½ hour to go to Parsippany.

I used Robert Faroni in the Manahttan Location and he was EXCELLENT. There were several problems that arose during the process of leasing a new car and he solved all the problems and got the deal done. Highly recommended.
