2023 Land Rover Defender review
I drive my Defender when I want the capability of my Jeep Rubicon but when I want luxury and comfort. The P400 engine packs a punch. I own the LWB model 130 and even with its size, it maneuvers about with ease. The ride is quiet and smooth but shifts into a rugged off-roader. The simplistic interior and lack of carpet is a WIN and must have for an off road vehicle. Love the larger 11” responsive screen. I also love the option to delete the 3rd row seat.

I dealt with Ali he gave me one of the best quote in the nation! He was so great and professional. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

Land Rover Alexandria review
We just got our 2022 Defender from Land Rover Alexandria at the end of December and we love it! Previously had a Land Rover a few years back from a different Land Rover store and decided to try another brand after that one. The new Defender is absolutely is amazing! The whole buying process was very convenient for us with busy schedules. Normally, we spend an entire day trying to work out our car purchases and that's what we expected this time but it seemed to go very quickly. I know the Defender we bought is hard to get but we were able to reserve one that was already being built and sent to the dealership that worked for us so that cut out alot of the time (which was a great time saver since the dealership looked very-very busy the day we were there). We really thought the whole process was pain free and our salesperson was kind and very helpful and the manager in the back was friendly and also took time to help while our salesperson was getting our Defender ready for to take home. He apologized for how busy they were and mentioned they would be at a new much larger location just down the street in just a couple months. The apology was nice but really not needed since it was going much faster than we thought and we could tell the dealership needed a new place so we're looking forward to servicing at the new location. Only one hiccup about month later with the rear wiper not cleaning properly (only noticed an issue after all the ice and snowstorms) but the service team got it handled with a replacement wiper in a few minutes when I stopped by. Very happy with our experience and definitely recommend this dealership!

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. Thank you George!! His manager, Roman was so compassionate and took the time to speak with me about what all of the fees meant and what we could do to get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. He sat down with me, human to human, and connected with me on a personal level while trying to get me into the car of my dreams. Thank you Roman!! The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He was so incredibly patient with me while I asked a million questions and he took his time clearly explaining everything in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. 2020 Land Rover Defender review
My Defender is very fun to drive. The interior is spacious, comfortable and very quiet. The exterior styling gets lots of attention and I am constantly getting guys coming over and asking to take a look. I have the P400 engine and it has lots of power and I love the growl it makes when I step into the gas. If your looking for a vehicle that feels like a luxury car on the inside but can still go off roading with ease this is the one.

As a first-time Range Rover (SE SUV) buyer I was very much impressed. Every aspect of the buying process was notably superb. My overall first-class experience started when I entered the showroom and I was warmly greeted by Derrick Reason, Client Advisor. I found Derrick to be exceptionally knowledgeable on the technical specs and attributes of the 2025 Range Rover SE SUV. Mr. Reason was not only well-informed and conversant, but equally important he was very nice, friendly and easy to talk to. Mr. Reason also introduced me to Mr. Tony Moorehead, Manager; who was also knowledgeable, very pleasant, helpful and he was definitely instrumental in moving me to a highly committed buyer phase. After speaking with both Mr. Reason and Mr. Moorehead, I firmly decided to move forward and begin the formal application process. Mr. Reason described the financing process in detail before introducing me to Omar Qaraghuli, Finance Director. Mr. Qaraghuli was thorough in explaining all financing options and I knew rightaway that he was very skilled in luxury vehicle financing and Omar successfully secured financing. Overall, I give Derrick, Tony, and Omar high marks and in turn Land Rover Chantilly. Prior to walking into the showroom at Land Rover Chantilly I had very high expectations and admittedly my expectation were overwhelmingly met! Kudos to the sales & financing teams! Job well done!

2022 Land Rover Defender review
Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

Land Rover Bethesda review
The car was as described and the Sales person ( Kevin Soltwedel) was available on his day off to show me the car after communicating via email. I eneded up purchasing the car and there was little hassle in doing so. I had one small issue with the key fob missing the key blade ( $30) part and initially dealership wouldn't agree to replace it. After some back and forth with my salesman, they finally agreed to make it right. I did feel that my salesman had to work too hard to rectify the issue internally at Land rover Bethesda, for something that should have been a non brainer
2023 Land Rover Defender review
I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

Koons of Tysons Chevrolet GMC review
This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve had in all my years. I’ve purchased vehicles from Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Jeep — you name it — and none of them came close to the level of professionalism, honesty, and hospitality I received at Koons GMC in Vienna, VA. The deal they offered was so incredible that I traveled all the way from New Jersey by Amtrak to Virginia. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first because many dealerships pull bait-and-switch tactics. But not here. Saleam (Sales), Sait (Sales Manager), and Isabella (Finance) all confirmed the deal ahead of time and honored exactly what was promised. When I arrived just after opening at 9 AM, Sales was still in a meeting, but I was greeted respectfully right at the door. Saleam was paged, and the process began immediately. She welcomed me warmly, gave me a brief tour of the dealership—including the much-needed coffee lounge—and handled all the paperwork, insurance details, and my Costco rebate flawlessly. Sales Manager Sait was exceptional. He thanked me personally for my business — something I’ve never experienced from a sales manager at any dealership in the past. He even told me to call him anytime if I had questions or concerns. That level of care is rare. My experience was elevated even further by Finance Manager Isabella. Her energy was absolutely to the moon. She helped close the best deal I could find anywhere in the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area and the entire DMV region. She offered an unbeatable protection package at a discount, covering dents and mileage, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She also respected my time, wrapping up the paperwork quickly since she knew I had a four-hour trip back home. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. If you’re reading this review, do yourself a favor and consider Koons GMC in Vienna. I would happily send any of my friends, family, or colleagues here. They’ve earned a lifelong customer.

This is my first experience with Jaguar and it could not have been better. Because of my preferred options, I had to order my vehicle. My sales representative, Gavin, guided me through the entire process and kept me updated on the order. Upon delivery, the professional staff made the process a very smooth and personable. 2020 Land Rover Defender review
Waited 13 months for my X. She is stunning. Drives like a dream. Technology is amazing, seats are super comfortable. Like a Range Rover Sport on Steroids. Lots of power, great turning radius, lots of head room and can tow! The best truck I have ever owned and I have an original 1994 in my garage as well.
