What a GREAT experience!!! After a NIGHTMARE dealing with DarCar Lexus of Englewood in NJ, I went right over to Orange County Lexus and am so glad I did!! My husband and I were greeted outside in the lot by Tyler Figueroa, who then proceeded to assist us in showing us a few options. He is very friendly & knowledgeable, making this experience a true pleasure. The whole environment is positive and the rest of the staff are all so friendly and helpful as well. The gentlemen who handles the finance paperwork is also wonderful to work with and I am very thankful to him & Tyler for making this happen. Like i said - the experience at Darcar in Englewood was horrible - Lexus of Orange County was able to erase the negativity felt walking out of that location and provide me with a feeling of complete satisfaction - very pleased with my decision to go here and purchase a vehicle from them. We traveled over 1.5 hours from Central NJ to Jaguar Land Rover New Rochelle to purchase a used car. Steven P, our sales executive, and Alex, the sales manager, were excellent and the reason we traveled so far. The no-haggle price was very competitive, they fixed any issues that were revealed in the comprehensive inspection and they were responsiveness to any questions we had. Even though we were surrounded by some beautiful luxury cars, Steven and Alex never treated us any less important or valued as customers. In our search for a used car we discovered many tactics by other dealers to slip in additional fees and charges to inflate the advertised price. JLR New Rochelle was upfront about their reasonable documentation fee in addition to the sales tax. It was nice not having to pick through all of the fine print and legal jargon to find hidden costs. Highly recommend this dealer if you are looking for a used car. And if you are in the market for a Jaguar or Land Rover, I had no doubt they will take care of you, too.

Amazing vehicle that rides super smoothly and is solid as a rock. All the features and remote app work really well. It has a strong V6, very smooth transmission and the rear AC is cold.

My Defender is very fun to drive. The interior is spacious, comfortable and very quiet. The exterior styling gets lots of attention and I am constantly getting guys coming over and asking to take a look. I have the P400 engine and it has lots of power and I love the growl it makes when I step into the gas. If your looking for a vehicle that feels like a luxury car on the inside but can still go off roading with ease this is the one.

Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

I called ahead inquiring if a pre owned car was still available. Upon arrival. I was greeted by the sales associate, Chad. He was very personable and had the car ready and waiting for me. He went over the features of the car and we test drove it. When I went back to pick up the car, he again greeted me and was waiting for me. The car was clean and up front, they sat with me and went over all the car’s features and customized the settings to my preference. The paperwork was quick and seamless. It was a great experience from start to finish, I would highly recommend Land Rover of Parsipaanny and Chad!!

Waited 13 months for my X. She is stunning. Drives like a dream. Technology is amazing, seats are super comfortable. Like a Range Rover Sport on Steroids. Lots of power, great turning radius, lots of head room and can tow! The best truck I have ever owned and I have an original 1994 in my garage as well.

I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

This is a great car and one that Land Rover should have been building for a decade. It's well crafted, quality design, distinctive and rugged. Go buy it!

This car is a new take on the Defender! I’ve been waiting on an alternative to the Discovery and I am so please with this vehicle! It ride super smooth and the technology is tops but still easy to use.

I was very hesitant to contact Vantage Auto as I saw they had really nice cars and I was getting played by every dealership left and right. I visited 10+ dealerships before contacting Vantage Auto. None of them would give me prices over the phone. I had to go in and see the car and get my credit run to get prices and then there would be thousands of fees that I couldn't afford after wasting hours at the dealership. I found a nice Acura TLX online and called Vantage. Jordan answered the phone and was super nice. He explained to me the process and even gave me an out the door price including taxes and DMV. Their fees were by far the lowest out of all the other dealerships I visited by at least $2000. I booked an appointment for later that day, the car was waiting for me outside when I got there. We test drove it, Jordan confirmed the numbers for me again. We went inside, he had me approved for the loan within 30 mins. I went to the bank and came back with a cashier check for my down payment, all the paperwork was ready for me and I was on my way within 20 mins. I will only shop at Vantage from now on.

Not all refurbished land Rovers are the same. More than 1000 man hours have been put into this vehicle. its is basically new. The end result is a beautiful vehicle that the next owner will love.

I drive my Defender when I want the capability of my Jeep Rubicon but when I want luxury and comfort. The P400 engine packs a punch. I own the LWB model 130 and even with its size, it maneuvers about with ease. The ride is quiet and smooth but shifts into a rugged off-roader. The simplistic interior and lack of carpet is a WIN and must have for an off road vehicle. Love the larger 11” responsive screen. I also love the option to delete the 3rd row seat.

If I asked for a remote purchase and were surprised by the friendly and quick service, the salesman Fitzroy Stewart really did a good job of what I wanted. Next year I will change my family car here.
